I placed an online order at 11:10am and it was supposed to be ready by 11:45. When I got to the restaurant at 11:50 it wasn’t even started yet and the store was not very busy. There was a stack of online orders that had also not been started and had I know it would have taken so long we could have easily gone through the line. The food wasn’t done until 12:30. We were on a lunch period so by the time food was done we were already supposed to be back leaving no time to eat. Very disappointed with the service.

I went there ordered extra meat and they did not give anything keep asking for more and more and they just would put like one piece of lettuce on and one onion on and just stare at you and your sandwich was just bread and two tiny pieces of chicken and they have no problem charging you for extra everything but your sandwich is just bread and that is it! I don't know what this has come too what a joke no one just wants to eat bread with nothing on and and pay 50 for 3 sandwich’s with just bread that is so upsetting that it’s like it’s ok to so that!

Our experience today was horrible! Out of the 3 employees that were there Nick was left up front to make 3 sandwiches and 2 other items. Emily just stood there while my sandwich was just sitting there for veggies and then went to the bank with the other girl. I understand 1 person can make 3 sandwiches but when you have help there why not step in and have the customers not wait as long!!Good Job Nick

Managers act as if dinner rush is a new issue and STILL fail to prepare. Managers are never in. And shift leaders supposedly don't have clearance to see what credits managers give out for their nightmare service. How is this place still operating? Better off going to Ault or even any Greeley store.

A second needs to be taken to appreciate the new management, and the hard work Gabe and his new team are doing in this location, I typically eat here about 2-3times a week and I was getting to the point that I would only go once a week, because the quality was awful, the service was a joke and the conversation were awful (not public conversation).I have come back two times weekly the past month and am in such awe! Great Job Gabe and your team!

This store is being run by teenagers who couldn’t care less about serving customers and consistently have the worst attitudes. They are constantly out of meat and bread, they never prepare veggies and are always out and say they had a “busy morning” when it’s nearly 6 o’clock at night. They never have any drinks, chips, or cookies. I’ll be contacting corporate because management/ownership obviously doesn’t care about the state of the store. This is a chain and should be held and ran to the same standard as every other chain subway. Never had such a bad experience at a subway over and over again.
Need something to change! No options. From bread to cheese to protein. Why even open. Get a new manager and stop making your employee have to tell single customer sorry we don't have that. Or just close. People want to give you money and this has potential but lack of caring from whoever orders is ridiculous. The management should have to tell customers sorry not the poor employees trying to make a living. Closest thing around for miles this owner should take a lot more pride and take some interest in making money. Stop giving Subway a bad name.

I would say arguably the worst Subway; however, it is fact that this is the worst Subway. $30 for two footlongs, without fail always out of items, and ok at best customer service. Please do Eaton a favor and make like Taco Bell/KFC and close your d*** doors. No idea why the remodel...was it to make us think something was changing. Never again at this dump now that I know Ault (a substantially smaller town) has a competent and always stocked Subway. PLEASE SHUT DOWN!Literally Subways in nowhere Kansas do a better job.

Mirroring other reviews, they only have one bread, no meatballs, and usually are out of everything else you might want. Service is never good after the one nice person moved out of state. After clarifying my choice of cheese 3 times, the wrong cheese was put on (shame on me for looking away for a split second). Not sure why they dumped so much money into the remodel when they don't even have the supplies to stock a typical day. Not to mention it's $30 for two meals of nothing you actually wanted. If you're looking for Subway, there's one in Ault and close by in Greeley. Save your money.

Tired of the poor management at this store! This will be my third and last time I have went here, and have been told they are out of meatballs, and the new ones will need to be thawed. It was 3:00 long before they are closed, there is no reason they shouldn’t have started the new meatballs, when they knew there was only a couple scoops left! The later you go the worse it gets! Very dissatisfied! Unfortunately unless they get better management in there, it will be the next failing business in Eaton!

Food was very good.. clean store ... no wait time... but omg payed $35 for one large and one small sandwich, 2 chips and a water!!! These are sandwiches... and they count the number of olives they put on your sub... i eat for the same price at Texas road house...Would recommend if you are not worried about spending money on a sandwich!
