Thai Kitchen

Preface: we had hiked all day at Rocky Mountain with hiking food only (bars, trail mix, a fruit, water) so we were FAMISHED by the time we got our food. So may be biased towards loving this food!!This is a kind of cute place. It's a mix of thai, Indian, and nepali cuisine. Very busy over labor day weekend, our party of four ordered it to go and waited only 15 min or so. not sure if they wipe the menus after each use (COVID time). We each ordered something different and they were all good. Spice levels were medium but could have been hotter, but you never know and I would rather add than try to eat a too spicy thai dish. This place is a little ways off the main shopping strip of Estes Park, but it is worth the visit! The food here is delicious, and you can ask them to adjust the heat to your preference! They also have a good amount of vegetarian dishes to choose from! I would highly recommend their Thai iced tea!
