Ito Japanese Steakhouse Sushi & Thai Restaurant

We enjoyed a leisurely lunch following a soak at Desert Reef Hot Springs. The sushi was delicious as usual, and we received fantastic service from Jolene, who also assumed the bartender role that day.
Highly recommend the Ito Mule. Scrumptious!
Our dining experience at Ito’s is consistently great, and we are returning customers again and again.

Favorite sushi place in the area. My favorite is the steak hibachi and I've not tried a sushi roll that I didn't love. Clear onion soup and ginger salad is perfection . Try the purple haze sake. And I saw a comment that said the server chased them down for not tipping, don't go out if you can't afford to tip! The service is always great, people don't deserve to work hard to give you great service to be stiffed.

We were in town for our wedding anniversary and decided to try this place. The staff was so kind and the food was delicious. We both had bento boxes. We so appreciated the thoughtful anniversary dessert ❤️.

This place is fine when I'm too lazy to drive to Springs. Service is always the best. The food is pretty white-washed, but not bad. Do not order the cheesecake. They apparently don't sell much of it and we got an obviously old piece that tasted awful. They really should take it off the menu if it's not selling well.

Quality and service has really taken a dive. The past two times we've ordered (for pickup) there have been several items missing from our order, AND missing key ingredients within dishes. For example no Thai basil in chicken this basil, no accompanying salads, soups, etc to meals, half the usual serving of broth for ramen. By the time we get all the way home and realize, it's not worth driving back to get it corrected. Very disappointing lately, especially for raised prices

Love this place!

I was a bit disappointed this visit to Ito's. Although the sushi was outstanding, the Bento meal was lacking. They eliminated the soup and salad with the meals. I would rather pay more for the full meal than to have part of the meal and portions size cut.
The new waitress was distracted and did not check on the table as often as she should have. She forgot to bring ginger and wasabi after being asked twice for it...a standard served with sushi. Another server brought some over. This restaurant has been a go to whenever I visit Canon, so this visit was a little disappointing. Please reconsider some of your recent changes.

We've been here twice. Food was great, service was phenomenal (Thanks Jolene!) We plan on Ito's being our regular go to restaurant when we want to go out to a nice place. Reasonable prices for food portions. Will return.

Outstanding food (sorry, have only tried sushi/sashimi and ramen, can’t comment on the rest of their selection). Landlocked CO, tiny town, and some of the best/fresh sushi I’ve had!
