Another place that seems like the manager should be changing tires, NOT making the food for hundreds of people daily. Do Not Again. D.N.A.

Black haired drive thru girl is cute, courteous, and professional. With a smile that will make your day! I'll be ordering a lot more classic beef and cheddar from there!

I ordered a simple meal but ended up waiting an extended period of time not due to being busy but because the manager was video chatting while making sandwiches and forgot to make my sandwich. Then the lady who was putting together my order has to go make my sandwich herself. She was polite but the manager is

Another first time experience, there aren’t any Arby’s in my area. Visiting family in CO and finally got to try. Good food, not great, and a good value. Hit the spot.

I came in through the drive thru around 9-9:10pm and the employees were nice enough. When I pulled up to the speaker I had said I needed a moment to decide and he said if I needed help finding anything to let him know and take my time. When I said “okay I think im ready now, I’ll have…” I said part of my order and paused with zero response so I waited thinking maybe he was just catching up but nearly 2 minutes go by of complete silence so I say hello? And then like 20 seconds later he comes back on giggling and saying sorry for the wait. I gave my order and pulled forward. Other than that the rest of the interactions were friendly and pleasant. When we got our food my boyfriends chicken sandwich seemed like there was only a 1/2 slice of chicken in it and my turkey bacon ranch sandwich only had literally half a slice of cheese, one slice of bacon on one half and a tiny spot of ranch. And the curly fries were Luke warm and tasted like they’d been sitting in the fry dump for a good half hour at least. Boyfriend inhaled his food before we got home so I couldn’t add a pic of his chicken sandwich.

Slow during lunch time. It's the fault of the takeout system that was never developed to handle higher volumes of business and or an employee shortage as Arby's do not seem like they are willing to pay the market. In spite of the physical takeout issues, the individual running the take out window did a stellar job filling in for what looked like three positions
