It’s challenging to put into words rare, beautiful experiences like this. The food was fantastic to say the least and entire evening was nothing short of amazing. The minute I stepped in the door I felt like family. Juli y Juan pour their entire heart and soul into their passion for food and people and that’s what made everything so special. The cuisine was nothing short of incredible and presented beautifully. They explained every dish including their inspirations for such creations. Randi was great to work through all the details with (even over the holidays as the events were early January) and Juli, Juan, and Nick served up great appetizers! We cannot recommend Juli y Juan enough!! - and our guests cannot compliment the food from our wedding enough....still! Our tasting was absolutely amazing and such a fun time. We are big foodies and really wanted our guests to EXPERIENCE dinner at our wedding, and as soon as we met these two, we knew we were talking to the right people! They helped us achieve that experience for our guests by presenting the entire menu to our party, and truly felt like a part of our wedding. The food itself was phenomenal - literally everything from the little cups of passed gazpacho to the tenderloin and salmon were just so yummy! And I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that some of our guests are still raving about the tenderloin and sauces on all the dishes. Their menu is also quite impressive, and has something for everyone to choose from. I also love that they do their best to be the most sustainable operation they can be, and even include a no single-use plastic dishware clause in their contract. Just plain awesome to see! They use as many locally-sourced ingredients in their meals, which truly adds to the menu you choose.
