I thought the 14" pizza we ordered was a bit small. I remember their pizzas in Old Town many years ago and was a bit disappointed in the quality of the pizza. Can make a better one at home.
Was coming here monthly for 10 years. Quality is inconsistent and the pizza tastes more or less like old rubber these days. If the pizza was amazing like it used to be I’d stomach the rude staff still.
Fast friendly service. The pizza was ok. It didn’t seem like there was any pizza sauce and very little cheese.
Warning: This restaurant won't have your pizza ready when you want it. As per Nosh, it will be prepared. It was a Thursday, the business wasn't crowded, no one was eating in, and there were 4 people in front of me. I stayed seated for 45 minutes past Nosh's predicted end time. Although the pizza was good how could one medium-sized pizza with four toppings take more than an hour to prepare?
Beware. They have gone downhill and they don’t even care. We will never spend money with them again. Terrible customer service and the pizza was soggy and tasteless. We do not recommend them to anyone.
I've had 2 pizzas (margarita and a pepperoni/mushroom). Also pasta al forno and spaghetti with meatballs. Also two salads, the house and the Mediterranean. First, I wish there were more mushrooms on my pizza...I love mushrooms. That being said, as a New Yorker, this is hands down legit Italian food and if someone told me this was from a little shop in Brooklynn or Manhattan, I would completely believe it. Best pizza, delicious salads and salad dressings, The meatballs are fuhgettaboutit. So glad to find this in Fort Collins. Prices are manageable with a few good deals on the menu. I need to try more!!
Having been a FC resident, I grew quite fond of Pulcinella's pizza. Awesome!! Now that I have moved away, I was expecting to renew my relationship this summer as I vacationed back there. I tried 3 different days over 3 different weeks and everytime I tried to stop in they were closed. How do you make m9ney when you're closed everyday? Sure would have loved to been able to enjoy a great pie.
I gave them 3 chances and I won't be anymore. Their balsamic dressing is pretty good though.
Not only is it the worst customer service, the pizza is not that impressive. They told me it was going to be 45 minutes for a pizza. It took closer to an hour. We wait in an hour for what I think was the most mediocre pizza I've ever had.
Online, it said 75 minutes to close, we called in a pizza, was declined, and told they needed to change the hours but they were really closing at 8 p.m. Staff did not care to earn any business, we will take ours elsewhere--it was quite overpriced anyway! Add refusal to serve and no thanks!

Tried them at taste of Fort Collins and their meatballs were obviously frozen. Gross.
Loved this place as a kid and still do , every time I'm in foco we stop and get pizza from here
Disappointed that they are not open on Monday and Tuesday's. They are a great single slice pizza place.
Been going here since the 90’s never once had a bad experience until tonight. I ordered a 4 cheese pizza and it arrived cold, with no sauce or cheese other than being drowned in ricotta. What makes the 4 cheese pizza so amazing is all of the cheese and the little drops of ricotta. When I called to talk to the manager she said “there’s nothing we can do for you”. No I’m sorry or anything.
Don’t waste your money. When masks were required in our county, they refused service to those that were unable to wear a mask. Didn’t even offer curbside service (which is illegal anyway).
