Cables used to be a "go to" with friends and family because the food was great and the vibe was welcoming and upbeat. Our poor server was new. He was trying to figure out everything on his own. The kitchen was super slow and the food was cold.

Genuinely the WORST meal and service I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner. Generic pop music blaring across the dining room, our server acted like it was his first day and had to lean over us to read the menu because he didn’t know what came with what. We ordered 2 of the Mac and cheese platters. One was penne pasta with essentially canned meat sauce and cheese thrown on top, and neither dish had what it said was in it. Made us sick. The pricing was almost criminal. I would expect to pay $20 for a plate of mediocre food in Denver, but not in the middle of the plains.

Somewhat of a fort Morgan staple. Good food. Indoor or outdoor seating. Food is displayed well. Fire pit. Candlelit salmon dinner kind of feeling. Country fried chicken at your fingertips on a spring of the moment lunch date.

Had a great time on a cold night in Ft. Morgan! Was close to the fire and the food was delicious! We really enjoy their selections, the salad was great and the Cables Dip and prime rib sandwich were very tasty. We will be back!

The next time I came in, Lisa the GM came over and was so kind about my review and my experience that day. She is definitely why I’ll feel safe in coming back here alone. You can tell she really cares about her customers and staff. April’s pretty great too.
