Order was completely wrong and food was poor quality. Pretty pathetic when it's $30 for two people and this is what you get. There's a much better location a few miles away.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. This location does not even deserve one star. I came in early today and was greeted to a long wait, which I don't mind I understand that the lunch rush gets busy. My problem is with the fact that there were 4 employees on this shift and only 2 of them were helping customers, one of which I know was a manager thanks to one of the employees telling me. I don't know if they were on their breaks or just goofing around in the back, but based off of the annoyed looks of their coworkers it was not hard to tell that they were not doing their jobs. Thankfully I got my food in time to get back to work, but I am severely disappointed by the lack of team effort and support by these two other employees. I would like to shout out the two that did help me, Alisson and Nathan. They showed me excellent customer service despite their handicaps of a lack help. If I ever return to this location I hope to see an improvement in the way that this store treats its employees by providing them with the proper tools (responsible employees) so that they are successful and do not have to struggle with a Thursday morning lunch rush.

JR IN FOUNTAIN, COLORADO LOCATION HANDS DOWN THE MOST RESPECTFUL YOUNG MAN. I’VE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION THROUGHOUT THE YEARS AND NEVER HAD SUCH GOOD SERVICE THAT HE GAVE US TONIGHT. EVERYONE ELSE IN THAT STORE HAS BEEN RUDE BUT JR HANDS DOWN DESERVES THE 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!

The bread was like a sponge, clung pathetically to the within—mayo and mustard intermingling into a nauseating concoction. Wilted lettuce, with a slimy embrace, joined the sorry ensemble. The cheese, once promising, had transformed into a rubbery afterthought. Went to get my husband a sub for lunch a little after 11am today. There were employees inside and the door was locked and the open sign was off. According to the hours listed on the door they open at 9:30. Is this place closed down?
“Open” sign turned off and door locked at 3pm on a Saturday. There are employees inside and website says they are open. This is the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to. Last time I walked in they were blasting music in the back and even after they saw me they moved slow and acted inconvenienced by me being there. Just a weird experience every time at this location

Great first impression! Walked in and was greeted by the staff, they immediately took my order for a regular Italian on rosemary and Parmesan cheese bread. Nothing fancy, and overall it was a great sandwich. Meat was sliced in front of me, condiments were fresh, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. First time having Jersey Mike's, I'll go bagel and try other sandwiches.

A lot of these reviews complain about time of their food being ready for either in store or online orders but I don't think they take doordash or mobile order apps into consideration cause those have time lines too. I went in today and ordered 2 subs and sat and waited because I saw they were making a lot of subs that were probably doordash or online orders. Even with being busy it wasn't that long and the food was fantastic I always get the big chicken kahuna and it always tastes well. And for cleanliness I didn't see an issue in the dining area or the bathroom. I'll definitely be back I love Jersey Mike's!
