Just the best wood-fired pizza around! A great whole wheat crust - thin, with nice toppings. Our favorite for years has been their Thai chile chicken pizza. Unfortunately, this year they've moved to more catering and therefore have limited food truck dates. Check their website for future scheduled dates.
We could not be happier with our experience with Basic Kneads at our wedding! First and foremost, the pizza was INCREDIBLE! My now husband and I knew we loved them before the wedding, but our guests were so happy- we heard so many compliments about how much everyone loved the food. The apps were also delicious.
