Delicious! We walked in to order for takeout and was greeted by an extremely friendly hostess! We ordered the Turkey Sandwich, Black Bean Burger with Quinoa Salad, Spicy Chickpea Soup, and Cafe Sol Salad. Everything was delicious! The ingredients tasted delicious and so fresh. We also got the vegan peanut butter chocolate donut which had so much flavor without being sweet. This is a must go spot.

The portion size here was great for a big eater like myself. The service was very pleasant. The ambiance is quaint and small shop vibe. I would recommend for anyone wanting a semi quick sit down breakfast or brunch. It's competitively priced like most of the breakfast places here.

No accommodation for eating at outdoor patio with a dog. By myself and they will not take my order at the patio; I will not return indoors to make my order and leave my dog unattended outdoors.

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. I will not be returning. The food was mediocre with no taste and the display was awful. Our order was messed up three times. I used to love dining here. The prices have gone up tremendously since the renovation.I watched the chef in the kitchen slop the spoonful of soup onto the bowl. They gave me the wrong soup. They charged us for things that we did not order. It was not a good experience ? ?Maybe they were all having a bad day. It sure showed in the quality of food and service.

Cafe Sol is our favorite breakfast and lunch spot in town! Amazing breakfast burritos, French toast and Dutch baby pancakes for breakfast, and we love the combo meals at lunch that honestly last us two meals! AND their banana bread is the best EVER, so grab a slice when you're there for a snack after your meal!

Visiting from out of town and stopped here. Probably most poorly run business I’ve ever been to. Staff was really rude. The phone kept ringing and the person running the front is also responsible for the phone. Took about 10 minutes to get my order in it felt like. Food quality was pretty bland. I got the quiche and it was $13. For what I ordered, I spent over $20 with a drink. Insane prices for lousy food and bad service.

I worked at Sol for nearly three years, and have known the owners since I was 18. They strive to only serve the freshest ingredients, they are also huge on getting the most sustainable local produce that they are able to. They build their menu and change it every few months to be able to do so. Not only have I learned so much from working here, but I’ve also gotten the privilege to meet so many incredible humans. I’ll never get tired of the chopped beet salad side or the cafesol salad!

If hummus was a person it would work here and be full of mysterious flavors that you weren't sure about. Hard objects that you just chew past because you're too afraid to find out what it actually is. But this is the quality of persons and service in this dusty tired region of the world. I know they really wish they were a hip place in some cute city. But its just bad food and too many pickled things in the middle of a homeless infested turd hang called Grand Junction. Hard pass just go eat an egg at walmart.
The food is amazing, the service was impeccable, and the bathrooms are really clean :)

I eat here for breakfast at least twice a month and find it consistently good! The eggs are fluffy, potatoes well seasoned, and the jam for the sourdough toast is fresh. The portions are generous, so bring your appetite!

Plates too small for meals. I always have to ask for a 2nd plate otherwise food falls on table. Young lady twice looks like unconveniced. I'm sorry, but please use larger plates.

I got the toadstool sandwich with broccoli slaw as the side. Everything tasted great and came out quickly. The inside was quite busy and loud so I ate at a table out front, which is a great people-watching spot.Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian options which are marked on the menu

The portobello, Panini and kale smoothie are some of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never felt so satisfied. Friendly and polite staff. The straws are biodegradable and the fabric napkins are cute and unique.
