Worst pizza place in Greeley!!! Tonight i went in to pick up a pizza order with doordash. After arriving they tell me its going to be 15 minutes 20 minutes later still not out and come to find out it was not even made when i had arrived the customers order ended up being over 30 minutes late due to the incompetence of the cook and staff at this toppers. They need to start paying employees better or they will keep running short on staff and keeping bad staff like those working tonight.

Customer service was horrible. Barely any acknowledgement from staff. Others in line were totally ignored as well and verbally complained. Pizza smelled good, so I guess that's a star. Mod pizza is right down the road and is always super friendly.

Nice! Pizza and stix came hot and prepared correctly. It seemed a bit high in price but lived up to the expectation. Happy to see garlic as a topping... Website was a bit frustrating at first but got it figured out. I wish I realized that i could get three separate orders of dipping sauce for the stix. I see three drop down windows but thought that would be additional. Nothing in the description but good to know for next time. Over all a nice change from the usual dominos.

Clean environment and they always have food ready when they say they will. We Love their veggie pizza. They have an area where you can dine in or take out.

The bad: The thin crust pizza was dry. Almost no sauce. I ordered extra sauce, didn't get it.

Horrible customer service. We received a flyer on our door saying "this week only we'll be delivering to your neighborhood." A medium, 1 topping pizza for $4.99, not a bad deal, so we went for it. Called up at 5:38pm, told them about our flyer, said delivery would be an hour to and hour 15 mins. A little ridiculous, but it was a Friday evening. After waiting over an hour and a half, my husband finally called at 7:25pm, spoke to an awfully rude employee by the name of Gunther who put us in the wrong immediately, saying they attempted to call us several times because we're not in their delivery area. We had not one single missed call AND we had a special delivery flyer! What?! We asked for a refund and was hung up on. No resolution, no pizza, no refund. Absolutely horrible and will not give this place another try. Good luck!

We have ordered delivery from there 3 times. Every time our order was made accurately to order and delivered within the timeframes they quoted. We have tried their pizza, quesadillas and topper sticks. They are all delicious. We only have one other pizza place that will deliver to our neighborhood since it's a new subdivision. We appreciate that they come our way and always show up with hot food! Both the delivery individuals and those I speak with on the phone are all polite. Much appreciated!

Tried Toppers tonight for the first time last night. Received a flyer for a special in our neighborhood and placed an order. We were quoted a 30-40 minute delivery. 30 minutes later we saw a text saying it would be 10 more minutes before arriving.

First time trying toppers and was not disappointed! Everything tasted fresh and wings were nice and meaty, staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Pizza was a bit pricey but you are getting quality. Definitely trying again sometime soon!

Did the 5.99 deal. Ordered 5 items. After delivery, noticed that one item was missing. was frustrated, decided to call. The gentleman I spoke to was rude, said that it would be an hour that I would get my last item. I said that was fine that we wouldn't mind waiting but was irritated that they didnt decide to rush our forgotten item out first. Two hours have rolled by and not heard a peep. Called and was told that it would be on it's way. Now extremely frustrated.

Pizza is good.... the staff is better. If you ask, they will literally deliver. Especially if you specifically ask for a movie quote on your box. Thank you for being such good sports, and providing the kind of service that literally goes above and beyond making, serving, and delivering pizza.
