Came here with my 3 kids for breakfast. Ordered 3 entrees and two of the kids got theirs really fast. So I was like great! Cuz we had church mass afterwards to go to. We then got our 3 orange juices (one large and 2 smalls but only saw one price for both sizes?) and one chaga matcha latte. I then waited forever for my duck noodle soup to share with my little one. Never came, I asked a worker to maybe take it to go and they checked and said it was not on the kitchen ticket. It was the first item I ordered at the counter. He offered to make it now but we had to leave and cannot wait longer. I asked if it was on the receipt (sadly I didn’t not ask for a physical receipt). But he just repeated that it wasn’t on the ticket. I suppose I could’ve asked them to check the register computer. But if not, 2 entrees and 4 beverages came out to be $79 (tax and gratuity included)? Ugh. This was not the first time service was lacking but I did like the food so we came back. Ended up dropping by an Italian bakery to get my youngest some food before church so he wouldn’t be starving.

This is one of the best breakfast spots in town. Breakfast burrito is absolutely phenomenal. You can never go wrong with duck fat!

Not really understanding the hate from some other reviews. We had the fried rice, huevos rancheros, breakfast quesadilla, and the simple breakfast. All the food was solid and pricing is definitely on par with what a good breakfast in Colorado costs these days. They use middle state coffee and the drinks we had were also good. Service was quick and they were very attentive with our table. We will definitely be back.

A must go! Food was excellent - staff friendly - and very clean restaurant. We had breakfast and both meals we would order again.

Very dissatisfied. I am a regular at the other two locations sometimes as much as 2-3 times a week because of the amazing food quality and service. So I was excited for this location to open up for when work brings me south, unfortunately was extremely disappointed and very surprised. Never ever would I have thought I’d be giving onefold a bad review. Burrito was mostly potato which were not cooked all the way, what little chicken barbacoa there was completely bland. Absolutely nothing like the dozens on dozens of only excellent experiences from the other two locations. Not planning on trying again here maybe a few months. Picture attached is where I couldn’t stomach anymore of my $17 burrito and left it. Would have spoken with a manager but was in a rush had to leave

The absolute best! I was so excited to see Onefold opening another location so my favorite breakfast burrito in Denver is always within arms reach. The staff is awesome and the food is next level amazing.

This place is just an esthetically nice place to sit at. Food is mediocre and way overpriced. Ordered a bacon + sausage burrito, chilaquiles, orange juice, and side of fruit for a total of 75$. Burrito was okay at best but definitely not worth the 25$. The Chilaquiles are in a red sauce that is very watered down so they had no flavor, very tasteless. Wouldn't recommend, its all hype.

We came here for breakfast on Sunday. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, one bacon and one vegetarian burrito both were excellent. The green salsa with the vegetarian burrito was an 10. My son ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich which the bottom was completely burned. Bacon wasn’t fully cooked, it was raw in the middle. I let the server know after I showed him my son wasn’t going to eat it, he did offer me to make another sandwich but my son was already done with eating it. I was honestly really surprised the manager didn’t come up to our table to apologize. We spent $72 with tip for the 3 of us. Probably won’t come back but beautiful restaurant.

I’ve been to the other Onefold location and had great experiences, but this one… yikes. Let’s just say the manager on duty that day could use a crash course in Customer Service 101.

Last weekend, I tried ordering online for pickup, but website wasn’t working. Fine, no problem, I’ll just swing by and order in person. Greeted by a super-friendly young guy, placed my order for two items: congee and fried rice. Easy, right?

Then… I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Forty-five minutes later, still no food. They were busy, sure, but not “Black Friday at Best Buy” busy. I asked someone at the coffee bar where my order was, and they brushed it off with a “just wait.” Ten minutes later (so now we’re hitting the 50-minute mark), I asked the same guy who took my order. He checked the kitchen, came back looking like either (a) they had just started making my food after my 40-minute check-in, or (b) it had been sitting in the kitchen quietly growing cold and lonely.

I said, “If it’s not made yet, just cancel it.” He apologized (props to him for actually caring). Then comes who I assume was the manager, not in uniform, but wearing an expression that screamed “I’m too busy to deal with you.” Instead of apologizing, she asked me (in a condescending tone) when I placed my order. I politely told her, “Almost an hour ago,” and even showed her the receipt. She said nothing. Just kept doing… whatever she was doing.

Another staff member overheard and comped my whole order, which was a nice move and definitely helped my mood. But the manager? She needs a reality check — take responsibility, support your staff, and be courteous to customers. Leaders lead; they don’t hide behind their team when things go wrong.

To the owners: Please, for the love of your reputation, train your managers to actually manage.

I'm giving this location 3 stars because I know they are new and probably still working out the kinks. In general other OneFold locations are fabulous but this location has been a disappointment every time we've come and we've been three times now.

Similar to another reviewer the staff doesn't seem to know their own menu. I've been challenged that there is no breakfast sandwich and then separately provided a breakfast sandwich that was not on a croissant as per the menu but a bun instead without notification. I've found the eggs to be hit or miss with one time them being so overcooked they were like rubber.

I'd love to have different breakfast options in the area besides snooze and the other larger chains. This place looks great in the inside and I like said their other locations are great. I hope this place turns it around soon.

I couldn't wait for this place to open in the suburbs near me. I had been to the two other locations many times. Great buildout and space, roomy compared to the other locations. I came for the food, I was disappointed. Exceedingly long ticket time plus my burrito wasnt even warm let alone hot. Other food at our table was lukewarm too when it came out. Pricing is on the expensive side too.
