Me and my wife love Schlotzsky's we go there every so often it's a little expensive great food. But this last time there wasn't too much Between the Buns we surprised us, ually thick with meat looks like they're cutting back on what they were put in the sandwich especially when you're paying a lot of money for it. We also order potato soup they seem to cheap out on potatoes and cheese and a little bit bacon. I'm just hoping it was just a new employee do you know what he was doing. I hate to stop coming well we'll see the next time we go there.

We completed a large order to be delivered from their website. The driver brought the food extremely late, and it was cold. I called three times, and no one knew how to handle the situation and told me they would have someone call back. The food was finally delivered... again cold. Got a call from the manager and was not impressed. My company will not order again as we were all disappointed with the food and experience.

Do not order the Italian! Though the sandwich is 2 out of 5 stars the condensed Campbell's soup they give you to dip it in is deplorable! It ruined the entire meal.
This was my first time visiting this Schlotzsky's and it was great. The owner took my order, and she was fun and happy. Great food and a great lunch experience!

Original Ok so the sandwiches here are amazing. But the staff are so impatient. They rush you thru ordering and we barely stood up, haven't left the table and they are already barging their way thru to wipe off the table. I can appreciate efficiency, but I cannot tolerate rudeness.Updated 2/10/24 - The staff gets worse every time. I don't know if it was kick your dog at work day or what but every single staff member we encountered were miserable, rude, didn't smile and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. At least the sandwiches were still good.
