We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our large room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed, ample outlets for charging devices, an Ethernet connection for a laptop, and a nice tub/shower with adjustable water pressure. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. Housekeeping services are available upon request. There is a good breakfast buffet on Sundays with table service on other days. The staff here is especially friendly.

Nice, clean hotel. Could use some upgrading to add more modern amenities (like mobile key entry and more outlets in the room)Rooms: Only available outlets were behind furniture. Today, everyone has at least one, if not multiple, devices that need to be charged. More accessible outlets would be nice.

Clean, friendly staff, dog friendly! Would definitely come here again. Breakfast for extra in restaurant.

I used to love staying at this property. It has definitely gone a little downhill. It is a bit outdated. The rooms are dark... The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager was very attentive to the issue we encountered and came through with a resolution.

Best stay ever! The manager Donald and the assistant Dreya (I hope I am saying the name correctly) were a delight. They go above and beyond for their customers. We will be returning back!

Great location. Kid friendly. Clean. Hard for travel teams to stay here because not all rooms have fridges or microwaves. No laundry facility for uniforms.Rooms: Bed was very uncomfortable, old and noisy. Bathroom very small. We had a fridge but no microwave. No laundry facility.Noteworthy details: Outdoor pool and pool area was nice and clean.

Definitely outdated! Not the friendliest staff and first impression!

Good location. It's in the outskirts of town, but close to food and Centennial Airport (APA). Within 20 min of Denver International Airport.2 phones were in my room, but neither worked. I had to use my cell to call the front desk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

If they had a complimentary breakfast I would definitely give it a 5 star but the breakfast hours are like 7am-10am and it's very expensive!!

I would strongly suggest not staying at this hotel for the following reasons:1) No internet access despite working with IT on several occasions as well as paying the $10 a day surcharge. When it does work, it only works for a few minutes and one has to reboot the app or access. One can get access if you sit in the lobby.2) The double beds are small and if you wish to sleep with your loved one, it gets crowded.3) The ice machines do not work on most floors requiring one to travel several floors for ice or a soda vending machine. More than likely when you get there the vending machine will not be working either.4) If you need handicap parking and want to go into the entrance that is next to the handicap slot, the handicap auto push for the door does not work, AND it is a very heavy door pull as the mechanical device restrains the door. Not great for the disabled. This should be reported to the local disability authorities.5) There is no onsite free coffee service in the morning as there is at most Marriott Bonvoy locations. There is a small Starbucks onsite, but of the 4 mornings that I was here it was open twice.6) The television service for the room is limited access to any movie channel except no choice on Showtime. One cannot “cast” to the TV from subscribed streaming channels on a computer or iPad.7) No refrigerator in the room for any leftovers from dinner or keeping your water cold (if you did not want to go several floors for ice).8) The in hotel restaurant is small with a very limited menu. There are numerous places to eat nearby however. The hotel might be fine for a quick business trip to the Tech Center area if you just need a place to sleep. IF you are here for a visit recommend trying either of the Marriott Bonvoy Residence Inns near Highlands Ranch which offer exceptional service and facilities. We would have stayed there if Taylor Swift were not in town and all the hotel rooms in the city were taken.Safe Travels.

This is a property clearly in decline. The furniture is old and stained. The staff's interest in the place is limited -- a french fry sat on the floor in the hallway outside my room for six days. We stayed on the top floor with the "skyview" windows. But their was no view of the sky anymore because the "automatic" curtain was stuck permanently halfway down. There is a club lounge on the 10th floor that appears to once have offered snacks and drinks -- but they don't bother with that anymore. This place was probably very nice in 1982 but now I imagine they are just running it into the ground awaiting the day it is sold and gutted and turned into condos.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone . The staff is less than helpful. Ice machines in most floors not working and the handicap door was not working and was very difficult to open. We were not able to get on the internet for most of our stay. We were connected to IT and it worked for approximately one hour. Our toilet would not flush and someone came up and handed my husband a plunger . We would call the desk and not always get a representative and would have to go to the lobby. We attempted to tell someone in guest services that our internet did not work their answer was “sorry about that “. Television station selection is limited and cannot stream from your computer. Restaurant is very small with a limited menu. The carpets are worn an some are dirty. There are much nicer hotels in the area.

Don’t stay here. Woefully understaffed and you can’t get breakfast in less than an hour. Server ignores you. No Netflix or Prime access. Front desk is not trained to handle simple requests.

Travel teams DO NOT STAY HERE. Most rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave making things very difficult for travel teams coming for long weekends. Also this hotel has 10 floors and with very few of their ice machines working. Beds are very tiny as well as bathrooms are very small. Also one of the male workers in the evenings likes to change the rules when the travel teams are present. He likes to kick people out of the pool area at 10 instead of 11 like it's posted on the door saying that the sticker must have fallen off. Then once we moved to an outdoor space on the side of the property he locked the doors 30 minutes earlier then what it said on the door and didn't have the common courtesy to let us know there was no door key entry and we'd have to walk all the way around to the front to get back in.
