Walked over there in a blizzard tonight. Ordered the Bourbon bacon combo large. The meat on the burger was older and tougher than my frozen rubber boots!! My fries were inedible! They were old too, and I think they dropped the salt shaker in them! All for 15 bucks!! Never again. That will be my one and only time there.

This was a bizarre experience. I went to Wendy's on Arapahoe, Wednesday at noon for lunch. From what I could see there were 4 employees working. There was a line of 3-4 cars in the drive-through, one customer inside eating and one customer at the counter struggling to enter her order in the Kiosk. After a few minutes she finally got her order entered but could not get the payment to work. It seemed clear she was struggling but the person behind the counter did not offer to help....read full review

Has the longest, slowest drive thru line. The lobby was closed so using mobile pick up wasn’t possible. The meaning of fast food has been lost. Obviously needs better management. And why don’t you people download the app to make all this faster?
