Zig Zag Smokin' Burger

The Green Chili here is LEGIT. It's hard to find REAL good Green chili and Zig has it!!

I'm a fan of their beet salad, but there are many wonderful options here. I'm not a huge fan of the meatballs. Their prices are reasonable. It's a little loud. But I eat here regularly.

House made soda, dipping sauces and mocktails and the pulled pork nachos were all excellent. Our entrees were just OK. I'll be back to try their cocktails and to enjoy the service and ambiance for sure!

We picked up and it was very mediocre. The burgers were undercooked and everything else minus the Mac and cheese was just meh.

Mushroom Swiss burger wasn't cooked as requested but it was decent just on the dry side. The shrimp meatballs were really good. I would go again.

Had a burger and a full salad. Both underwhelming. Probably won't be back.

Lots of good looking menu items. Opted for the pulled pork/burger which was very good. Staff was attentive without being annoying. Sadly, no onion rings. Otherwise a solid dining experience.

Very disappointed tonight. Food was fine and the restaurant itself was very family friendly.

However, we were faulted and charged for 4 drinks tonight despite 2 of the drinks being brought to our table incorrectly. How were we supposed to amend the mistake if our waiter was nowhere to be found until after our food was delivered and the owner themselves took our order? Even after she came over to fault us for mistakenly receiving the drinks, nothing else was done to resolve the issue AND we were charged for it. Definitely not a great experience for our family considering we came from out of state were excited to dine in.

Beware for busy nights and be proactive for their mistakes I suppose.

The service was great but the food was very poor quality and very overpriced

I am so mad right now. We ordered for pickup, 3 burgers 2 medium & 1 medium rare - 2 with fries, 1 with coleslaw. When we got there, Nick the FOH manager rang us up and overcharged us. When I asked about the overcharging, he literally put his hand in my face to get me to stop talking. He did not apologize, blamed the system, and then blamed me saying it’s because I ordered from a different zip code. I told him I ordered from literally a block away. He re-rang me up, and when I asked for some kind of receipt that the last overcharged order was cancelled, he couldn’t provide it and said to call back tomorrow if it hadn’t fallen off my credit card statement. What???

Then we got home. One of the burgers literally had NO BUN. All three had fries, even though the receipt said coleslaw for one (I double checked). All three were a different cooking temp then ordered— mine was so well done I couldn’t finish it because it was so tough.

Literally what just happened this is ridiculous. This was my first time getting food at this establishment and I will never, ever be back.

We had been wanting to try this place for quite some time and finally went on a whim when we were both overly hungry. The service was great but the food was just not it. We both got a lamb burger and they were way over cooked to the point they were dry and flavorless :( Mac N cheese was oily and stringy, not creamy like I was told. Side of Cole slaw was tasteless. We were so hungry we didn’t say anything to server about how bad food was, but we won’t come back.
