This place is like my home away from home. Friendly staff, great roof top hot tubs, and a quick walk to ski slopes. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfy. I come as often as my kids are willing to ski.
The hotel was clean and somewhat convenient to the mountain (although ski in ski out was not applicable to the River Run part of the mountain which we later realized was the more popular spot for beginners and where ski school met). The breakfast, while free, left much to be desired as the number of families and folks going down for breakfast seemed to overwhelm the staff and things ran out quickly and were not very quickly replenished. This place used to be better. The quality is definitely on the decline. Beds are horrible and so was the breakfast. I have been to this place previously before COVID and was a satisfied customer. I think we will pass, staying at this facility when we visit Keystone next time.
