Great atmosphere, but the good review stops there. 4 of us were ready for a night of eating and drinking at the bar. We were able to order the escargot app (which was soaking in gravy, tasted awful), but the bartender Joel never came back to take our food order. We then watched Joel move noodles from one food order to another with his bare hands, and gave the meals to 2 different guests. Beware!

First timers.Didn't make reservations. (Oops) So, no way we were sitting on the fancy side. Looked really nice through: truly. But we easily found space at the saloon bar. More our style anyway. It looked like, sounded like, and "felt" like a proper saloon, and, was being attended to by friendly, smart, quick moving bar tenders! Had a nice evening. Thank you Snake river saloon!

The service was great. Food was awesome. And speaking to the people in the saloon the locals are friendly, welcoming, and helpful telling about things to do in the area. A local guy named David told us about fly fishing and where to go for some of the best fishing in the area. He spoke to us about golf and said the local course was outstanding. Ciara was our waitress top notch. All of the waitresses were running around taking care of customers and you could tell they really cared about the people. When in the area I will be going there again.

Ordered pork short ribs, very dry and overcooked, and prime rib steak, OK. Veggies are very oily. Also the place is really noisy. Definitely avoid this place if you have other options.

The sirloin was very firm, i ordered medium rare but it was not very chewable. The vegetable beef soup tasted like beef sauce (too salty…) but the appetizer bread and the honey butter is nice tho.

Cool spot good food great people. Sat in the bar area had the steak and local IPA Tommy knocker blood orange ?? and of course took a pizza to go just because. Definitely recommended.

Arrived earlier than we had planned and were able to be seated a few minutes early. Tim was our server. Glasses were never empty. Prompt service on everything. Food was good.

Overall not a good vibe and not a good experience. The menu was lacking creativity, nothing really jumped out. The appetizers were basic but good. Our server and the bussers were fantastic and the only thing that really saved the break. My salmon was just fine, but my fiance's steak was horribly overcooked (as were the other steaks at our table). When the busser was removing plates he asked if my fiance wanted a box, to which my fiance replied "no, the steak is overcooked and I cannot eat it". The issue was escalated to the server who immediately came over and offered to comp the steak. My fiance appreciates the gesture and accepted. Out of nowhere a woman came over to the table and somewhat aggressively asked my fiance about his steak, saying it was UNDER cooked and that they could put it back on the grill for him...my fiance of course refused and informed her the steak was actually very overcooked. It was confusing and unsettling. Between that and the badly cooked steaks, we will not be revisiting. Save your money.

Worst place ever. And I mean ever. They literally lie to their customers. The lied to our family 2 days in a row. Unreal.They won’t even let you order take out from their dinner menu. They said only bar food. What an absolute joke this establishment is.People take heed and just make the drive to Dillon and go get some real customer service.
