According to the website, open at 2pm until 10. Stopped at 4pm closed, no one there. Sign on the door said 5 to 10. Came back at 5:30, no one there. This was on a Tuesday in late June. Never coming back.

Service was great. Food was ok. New menu with lots of choices. Everything was clean and there’s a pool table! The portions seemed a little off but a nice bar and good option in town.Remember this is a small mountain town and it’s gonna slow down when they’re busy. Be kind. These businesses are what make the valley so much fun!

When we are here, they did not have a menu. Just a nacho bar. I'm told they have more options now. The atmosphere is basically a pub. The service is fine.

Food is decent, the mixed vegetables with cheese is delicious. The atmosphere is ok for a Mexican Restaurant. The restaurant is under staffed. Dirty dishes left on tables. Menus are soiled.

I'll have to revisit my food rating. The night I went it was a buffet of burgers, hotdogs, chili, fixings... for only ten bucks! Loved the vibe.

I came to town to visit family and went on a walk with my nephew. We walked by this restaurant and it absolutely reeked of rancid oil and we noticed oil sprayed all over the building next to it. I’m not sure why they would allow the outside of their establishment smell horribly but I would never go in and eat.

What happened to this place? Was wonderful, most recent experience was horrible. They had no food. Tiny menu. Sat down asked for our order and we didn't get a menu. Was told the menu is on a small board on a wall. Waited 2 hours for a quesadilla, taco bar was nasty. This place was the worst experience I ever had. Stay away.

We stayed in La Veta for close to 2 weeks, and found this restaurant. We really enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere! We've eaten there several times during our stay, breakfast and dinner. They're obviously having trouble with hiring and retention of staff, like many places, but I feel They're doing the best they can under the circumstances. I recommend the restaurant!! The food is definitely worth it!!

The server was rude and ignored us. After about several minutes she walked up and said the kitchen is closed we're out of food and it was 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday.. didn't ask if we wanted to drink or how could she help us with anything just kind of pushed us off and walked away.. Everybody else there had food... That's one place I will never return again

Had a great hickory burger with onion rings ?. Great service from the super friendly staff. Atmosphere was really nice and very clean. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Really nice small town atmosphere. Friendly staff and good food! Wait was a bit long but we didn't care. Enjoyed sitting and listening to the locals chat about their day. Went back the next day for lunch.
