This place sucks. I've lived here for 11 years. Walls and windows are paper thin, folks don't pick up after their pets, trash room constantly overflowing, don't shovel snow off sidewalks fire alarms always going off, and hot water/plumbing issues, just to name the big ones.
07/11/24 update (~one year later):
The HOA acquired a new management company, and this one has been a lot better. There has been an improvement with shoveling sidewalks, trash room seems to be a little more under control, and not as much pet poo (assuming those folks moved out) and better communication from the HOA president regarding various property issues. The mail room is being consistently cleaned again, and the general property cleanliness has seemed to improve. Fire alarms don't go off constantly anymore, outside of normal testing, which is now communicated via email with specific times and dates of when testing will occur. However, we still seem to have issues from time to time with water/plumbing but it has improved slightly. Upgraded from 1 to 2. They have 11 more years to gain the other 3 stars.

Beautiful views, friendly neighbors, sooo walkable with pet park. Still in Love with condo after owning two years.
My girlfriend and I were at this place looking at a 2 bedrooms condo. The neighborhood is nice. We used to go to this place back when we were in high school since there are a movie theater and a little shopping center here. My girlfriend loves this place since she lived in the appartment next door for 3 years a while ago. This isnt my favorite due to some unpleasant memory. The neighboor was quiet, the neighbor next door was nice enough to show us his storage room outside since the realtor didnt have the key to the storage.
Food, shopping, events, it's a great place!

Nice little neighborhood with some cool things. Check out Festival Italiano during the summer and the ice skating rink in the winter.
