Came in during a blizzard to a warm smile at the front and a Bloody Mary promotion, what’s not to love? Layne our server, did phenomenal. I didn’t realize service could be this good, aside from Arby’s… they have the meat.

We have been 10+ times over the past year and have noticed a major change in service quality. The wait staff is on point but the kitchen or management must have changed in the past few months. Food quality is always good except our last visit we waited an hour from the time we ordered our burgers until they came out some were cold. The server was on top of it honestly checking in consistently but it was the interaction with the male manager that came to the table that kinda crushed our already questionable experience there. He came to our table on his own regard not us requesting a manger. He did not have the best customer service skills seem bothered and offered us a card for a free appetizer on our next visit. To be honest we were just content that our food finally arrived and the interaction with management has sealed the deal that a free appetizer card for our next visit was a waste of paper. Our family was very frustrated with the overall experience that we will not be returning any time soon.

Servers here are wonderful and attentive. Food is always done in a hurry, the fried chicken is the best in my opinion! But also love the nachos! And the margaritas are fire! One of our favorite quick date spots for lunch.

I LOVE LOVE Bad Daddy's Burger Bar!!! I'm a pet sitter who eats carnivore. I had to have emergency surgery 2 weeks ago do to scar tissue causing a blockage in my large intestine. Today I got the staples out and my incision looks great, so I celebrated with a "build your own burger (9oz). So GOOD ?
