Went to another location near me, this one by Arapahoe High School. Must be the same owner as the Highlands ranch location lol. Absolutely filthy. Paint chips all over, trash on the floor, all employees missing required hairnets. Check out the pictures. Note on bathroom door saying they lock the bathrooms during lunch bc high school kids destroy them. It's Sunday. How about you lazy guys CLEAN THEM? I am reporting this place to Arapahoe health. Waste of money and throwing away this garbage.

Just ordered a turkey sausage and cheddar sandwich with one egg on a double toasted everything bagel with roasted tomato spread. My order was made quickly and once I got to my car I started eating my sandwich on my way home. The everything bagel had tons of seeds just the way I like and was toasted to perfection. The eggs and sausage were also delicious. All around great experience

The food is tasty, the chorizo spicy. My experience was good with friendly servers. But, the men’s room was filthy, the floor not mopped. Sadly, the main area where you order & wait has not been restored to full seating to eat there. The floor and rug is also dirty with food debris. Please clean up your space!

Bagels are yummy but things are always missing when I order ahead. Does anyone answer the phone there? I just want my missing doggie bagel. The app also is horrible and no reply when contacting customer service.

The worst and dirtiest location that exists. I was abused by the dirty kid working there this morning after they messed up my order. The widows are filthy, there are flies, everything is sticky, and the staff sucks. Go to a different location. It appears Einstein has given up on this one.

I picked up our order that we had ordered online. Opened the bag when I got home and neither bagel was correct. Took the bag back with the receipt that had the correct order. The guy remade the order and after looking at the order they messed up again. The types of bagels were not correct and both were to be toasted and weren't. Tried to call the store and no one ever answers. 1 star is way more than this place deserves.
