I have never experienced any unkindness or rudeness from staff here. Everyone is always in a good mood and enjoying their fellow coworkers and engaging with customers. The line can get long, but the freshness of the product is worth it. Never leave dissatisfied when I go to this location.

New online ordering system sucks. This is my favorite Nectar but I won't come back if I have to online order and that is the only way to get a smoothie. Bring back human interaction.

I waited 25 minutes for 2 items and then finally walked out. The staff is rude and abrupt and obviously overwhelmed. The store is way understaffed and the employees are in over their heads. The menu items are overpriced. I highly recommend you get your juice or smoothies somewhere else. This juice is not worth the squeeze.

Totally love the juices here! I always look forward to a treat. I also like that when you add ice to your juice they don’t cheat you any product. Can’t wait for my next visit ?

Normally your products that I order are fantastic. The previous couple of times the fruit had been very sour to taste. Not sure if its due to the season or accessibility of products. But NORMALLY products are fantastic!

Received my juices after waiting two hours. Two of the juices were bad. The counter was not clean and bathroom was dirty. Left a review and Danielle the owner called me back and stated she would not remake the juices and would not listen to any feedback. Then I receive a text message from Danielle stating I was disrupting customers, what a lie, I asked after an hour and a half how much longer it would take to receive my other two 16-ounce juices, the manager said another 20 minutes. Will be disputing with my credit card to receive the money back. This store still is blaming the customer for all of the issues, I am so glad that the corporate office has made this situation right. Would not give this location any business. Also the review that is posted back as a response is misspelled and needs proper grammar.
First time in. Woman with long hair (not pulled back) working the front was extremely irritated that we weren’t sure of what to get. Did not enjoy our selection. Won’t be back.

Just visited this Juice bar today for a couple smoothies. The smoothies were bland and tasted really watery. This place is overpriced for the quality! Over $20 for 2 smoothies that tasted horrible is ridiculous. Not to mention there are only 5 options for smoothies and we got charged for taking items out of the smoothie. The inside of the building was nice and clean. I do not recommend the strawberry banana or the PB mocha smoothie. Will not be returning to this business.

The smoothies are good, but the mobile ordering (JUST at this location) is a nightmare. Stand there for 20 minutes trying to get someones attention, then they can't find it in the cooler 30 minutes after you ordered. If you beg, they'll look a 4th time and realize it's been there the whole time. Other locations just put mobile orders on a shelf in a cooler. We won't steal each other's smoothies; promise!!
