I ordered a pizza and wings from this location about a week ago and the WORST experience ever. The Pizza was overcooked, burned, hard and couldn't even bite into it. The wings were placed in a "to-go" container with about 1 teaspoon of sauce (not mixed) and the chicken was dried out. Filled out the post order survey and described this and NOTHING! No apology, nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Pizza tastes pretty good! But uhhh look at this picture and tell me they didn’t cut a slice out and smush it all back lol. Unless their makeline skills just can’t make a circular pizza who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First time ordering from this store, we ordered 3 items for delivery, only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. Had to contact the store 11 times until someone finally answered if I waited for the auto attendant I would be transferred to the Pizza Hut call center, but they were unable to help with credit card credits or invoice voiding. They were only able to loop me back to the stores direct line, that again wouldn't answer until after 11 attempts. When they final answered i was greeted with "Chic-fil-A" how can i help. I questioned that and said I called "Pizza Hut", they corrected them selves, I found that to be odd. Told them that I had missing item from my order and simply asked to have the charge voided or credited back to me, after being put down several times as the associate consulted with whoever, I was told that they cannot do anything and I will have to contact the manager in the morning. I followed directions and once again, an hour after the location opened, i have to continue to call until someone answers, its been 5 times now and still can't get ahold of the locations store manager. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had from a reputable company. The items that did arrive was still warm and the timing of delivery was reasonable, however the food itself was underwhelming, ordered the new Hot Honey Pizza and probably won't order again, because it seemed be missing the Hot Honey portion, it was there but you would only get a couple bites of the ingredient, so in my opinion I wasn't impressed. Have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but this location may have turned me off from the brand, which is unfortunate and disappointing. I wish I could have provided a better review, but when you can't get any customer service, it is difficult to provide a positive review. I would be willing to change my review if Pizza Hut wants to try and correct this pain of a problem just to have the missing item credited back, not asking for a free meal, just want to pay for what I received. I believe that anyone would agree that is fair.
My online order for 6:45 p.m. was not ready until 8:00 p.m. they forgot my wings, and Buffalo chicken melt. I spent $45, poor girl at the front desk was crying, and the gentleman with beard in the back kitchen seemed to be being very vulgar and condescending towards her... as I went back to pick up my food an hour later, I asked for the garlic dipping sauce that was on the receipt and not in the order, the gentleman with the beard was extremely rude about it saying I should double check when I'm ordering online as it's not their fault and just stop blaming them. I literally had not said anything except can I please get a garlic sauce. This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had, this location needs serious help, attitude, performance and customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced.I NEED TO BE CONTACTED FOR A FULL REFUND OR COUPON, as I was missing $23 of my order, and treated awfully in the hut, as were many of the upset customers tonight. Melt was hardly filled, Pizza is incredibly sad looking, cheesy bread was just a giant chunk not even cut, and sad amount of icing on my cinnamon rolls.Thank you.

Pizza Hut is the single worst delivered pizza I can imagine. We ordered 8 pizzas and everyone of them was delivered cold, on stale crusts, with stingy toppings. I had not ordered from them for years, as my memory of their food was terrible and I'll grant them consistency - it was even worse than I recalled. It's too bad - back in the 1980s, Pizza Hut was wonderful. I worked there in the 1990s and every pizza I made on their behalf was also wonderful. But, apparently, they've been taken over by corporate greed and desire to squeeze every last cent of profit out of every order. Guaranteed: I won't ever, EVER, be back.

At 4:32, it was picked up by Door Dash. At 4:52 it was delivered. By this time the pizza was cold, hard (the cheese was also hard). For over $27 (including delivery fee and tip) for two medium pizzas being delivered, I will never, ever get one of their pizza's again.

Ordered a cheese pizza and got a cheese with a whole bunch of stuff on it. Tried calling and it the calls routes to a call center and those guys cannot reroute to the store, give a credit, or do anything else. The store does notPick up. They are already rated a 3. Be careful ordering from here unless you have an hour to waste and are ok with driving back and forth and are ok with a terrible customer service/

Very good NY style pizza for this area. I wish they would keep this crust on the menu all the time. Their boneless garlic parmesan and honey bbq wings are always a great addition to pizza night.

Driver delivered my pizza to my neighbor several houses down. The neighbor, who I don't really know, brought it over to me after opening all of my boxes and the food was cold. Pizza Hut did not offer to re-make my food or refund me even though a stranger went through all of my food.
