Try to avoid this location as much as possible at night. The staff there is usually on drugs and has no food to serve. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill ever since the pandemic hit and they have no foreseeable future of fixing anything. The only responsibility that this location has or any Subway has is to be able to make a hoagie or a Subway and unfortunately this location is a bad location to go to do not waste your time after lunch

Just got of 12 hour shift and wanted food so we googled nearest subway and this location came up said it closed in 40 minutes. When we got there it was 8:30pm The lights were on but the open sign was off. We saw an employee fixing to sit down and eat. So we fugured he just forgot to turn sign on for the day. We started walking toward door and the employee saw us and jumped up fast and ran to turn all lights off. Then went and sat back down to eat to watch his phone. You are not suppose to close til 9pm. I'm tired of this . Not acceptable.

This subway has taken me in at my lowest lows and my highest high. The spicy italian sandwhich is my everything. They saved me. Subway saved me. Despite their previous controversies they have always been there for me. They know theyre not perfect and thats what makes me love them with a burning passion. They set my heart ablaze not just through heartburn but also through love.

So the heavyset girl with the nose piercing who claims to be the manager complained about how I could make a sandwich at home if I wanted to rather than just greet me like a normal employee and then proceeded to tell the closing girl that she can leave the Line open all night she doesn't want to have to put it together in the morning. Absolute disgust and the level of service from the staff will definitely be contacting the health department

This is my go to place for fast, healthy, and inexpensive meals. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff, and I always feel welcome here. I’ve been on a streak of ordering a salad bowl with the rotisserie chicken and all of the excellent toppings. I ask for the chicken to be heated up, and it’s a nice contrast to the cool and crisp lettuce and veggies. Top it off with vinegar and oil. Never add salt, just pepper. If you stay away from the cookies and chips, it will help you wet your dietary goals much more easily. The store is a bit dated but usually very clean. I’ll keep going back.

Customer service was excellent. They were very nice and joking with us. The food was really good as well. I usually get the philly sandwich every time that I go there so I don't know about the other sandwiches. I get the steak sandwich and it's very good.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly. There are plenty of tables.

This Subway is severely understaffed. I placed a mobile order at 8:30am for pickup at 12:40pm. I figured 4 hours would be enough prep time. NOPE! Came in at 12:35 expecting to wait just a few minutes and got my sandwich at 1:00pm. There goes my lunch break! GET MORE HELP AND PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE!

Kate was such a friendly and patient server. I currently have 9 people in my home, and the first time I came in she was so understanding when I ordered 8 subs. The next time I came through the door she quickly got to work and listened patiently as my 6 kids each took turns telling what toppings they wanted. She reassured me that we didn't need to worry about the crumbs and food bits on the floor after we ate. She made our large family feel so welcome.

First and foremost, the Five Stars? That needs to go directly to Kate .On 8/1, my GF and I walked in and there was a long line, and multiple orders. I am not complaining about that since it was the start of the dinner rush. Kate apologized profusely, and was upfront about the lack of staff, and help at the store. She had kept her cool under pressure and was more than considerate juggling the store during dinner rush, taking online orders, and patiently awaiting her help/backup to arrive.She was more than accommodating and she ensured that the several people ahead of us, the online orders and our order was correct and received the top-notch customer service that she provided, maintaining a busy store by herself. I really hope whomever reads this understands that a hard dedicated worker like Kate, gets the recognition and hopefully a pay raise. Thank you
