The worst quality pizza I’ve ever had I’ve gotten it from this place in the past and it was horrible it’s been about a year since then and idk if it’s the same employees just pizza isn’t even edible sometimes. They wouldn’t replace my order without the pizza in their face the next day, I shied then pictures and it wasn’t good enough I’ve lost over $100 in food from this location. Inside is dirty a layer and grime on everything

This location has the most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered delivery and got a message that our order had been left at the front door. I went out as the driver was pulling in, but then watched him reverse and leave my driveway. He never even got out of his car. I got a notice that my pizza had been left at my front door. Oddly enough, in speaking with two different people, the driver gave two different stories. Because it was handed to a delivery driver, I found it was through DoorDash. I contacted them and they got in touch with this location to try to get a refund and they refused. The frustration for me was the lack of care or concert for their customers who were out money, had no pizza and refused to do anything to compensate… as I literally watched the driver pull in and immediately out of my driveway!

"Hot and ready" should not be in this company's motto. Have to wait every single time I come here. This time waited 15 minutes for a crazy bread with no seasoning with black oven residue all over. Employees look miserable, pizza is terrible. Won't come here again until a new manager steps in.

Literally teens work there. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had a problem with this location. There’s always employees in the back cursing & air boxing each other not paying attention to their job. Hence the hot n’ ready I bought that had half a pizza & the other half just cheese no bread. Corporate really needs to stop hiring teens and hire competent staff.

Hot n ready yea right! NEVER HERE! Had to wait 20 min for a Regular pepperoni and crazybread! Only to get them open to squished, smashed, doughy breadsticks(picture was taken right out the bag)! The kids working were too busy talking and joking around. pizza had maybe 10 pepperonis. Sad sad! Guess i’ll be going to Pizza Hut for breadsticks ?

This place is horrible I was there standing at the front for so long these people back there were on their phone some of them just having fun. I called for help they just look at me and go back to whatever they were doing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

The pizza taste good. But I don't understand why it's SOO hard for them to put a little more effort into cutting a pizza somewhat even.... The crust is also very un even... EXTREMELY Thin in part and thick in the other.
