I’ve been a fan of sonic for a very long time, worked there in high school and always thought the food and drinks were high quality given it’s a fast food chain. Lately I’be noticed a lot of inconsistencies in the food and drink. Onions rings breading not being soft, mozzarella sticks tasting sour, the chili cheese coney bun being very crumbly (these issues were at various locations). One major issue has been the strawberry limeades, which is my all time favorite drink. I’ve been noticing that the strawberry fruit is at the bottom, which makes the beverage damn near impossible to enjoy or drink bc the fruit gets stuck in the straw. Tonight, I had a perfect strawberry limeade made by John. I wanted to give a shout out to him bc it made me so happy that I could actually drink my whole drink without fighting with it. It was delicious! The chili cheese coney were amazing too. Thank you John for caring and making quality food and drinks (even with being short staffed)! Great job!

Was just there and was the 3rd car in the car hop stall everyone else got to order through the car hop but when it came to my turn was I told that they were only doing drive through. Like what if that was the case why did the other two cars get to order before me. However super disappointed and will not be coming back. Feels like my truck was discrimination against, because it was lifted.
