They didn't bother us about are service dog so almost 5 stars but not having fajits is only a 4. Star

Honestly one of my best dining experiences. The food was affordable and our waiter was awesome! Super attentive and friendly. We had a great time for an easy priced and great tasting dinner.

Had the worst service last night. Waiter, male Hispanic, no name tag. Rudeness started when he approached the table by throwing the straws down, no hi or welcome or a smile. Then got worse with him being unwelcoming and rude. I have never had such a bad experience before at a resturant I have only been to once. Food was amazing so thank you cooks. I tipped according to the attitude I received all night towards me and me 2 adult kids. Just wow, I can't believe he's even a waiter with R.B.Face
Stopped in for dinner. Busy night. Was on my own so sat at the bar. Steak was cooked exactly as requested.

Eve the Designer at heart Deli
We walked in at around 10pm on the the 4th of February as a table of 5 got sat immediately then the server came. She took our order and when the food came to the table she placed the plates on the table nicely then for some reason my plate was just dumped in front of me. Everyone at the table wondered why she did that. I ordered fish and chips and when she dumped the plate in front of me half of the fries just landed on the table. My husband picked them up from the table and wanted to tell her what she did was rude but I stopped him. She quickly hurried away without a glance back and she never came back till we were done eating. To this day I dont know why she did that, its another thing to get bad service but why would you throw a plate to a customer like that, I did not do anything to upset her but maybe me being the only African American at the table might have offended her. Its sad and I wish there was a camera that could see us just picking the fries from the table. I didn't eat them my husband gave them to the kids. It kinda made me sad and ruined my experience. The manager helped us pay cause she was nowhere to be found. Then later she came and apologized for charging us for a Magarita that we did not have. The manager took care of that as well. We were tired and we were in the middle of moving, we go to a restaraunt and get food thrown at you its sad! Its sad thats all I can say.

All was well, for the most part. I've come to terms with having to double-check that all ordered was received each time just because it's how it is nowadays. Good thing I did because items were missing and wrong items were placed in my to go order as well. If I hadn't checked, like in the past, I would have gotten home and found the mistake and had to go back. I would add a suggestion for the to-go salads asking for croutons on the side as they will be very soggy. Besides that, the food is always delicious, in my opinion!

6:09 pm - Our Waiter, which I will not post his name....was unfriendly, unhelpful and acted like our questions about the menu was a waste of his time. I asked what comes on their cheeseburgers and he said, ya know the usual stuff... Ummm?!? I said any sauses, he said smirked and said no ... Ok well sorry.... Told him I wanted burger well done. Came out very pink. Which he didn't appreciate me showing him. So needless to say dinner was stressful and not what I was hoping for.....
