Hello guys , yesterday I visit restaurant but the service is very bad . Even they don’t say Hi to us we sit almost 30min but nobody came in our table . That’s a very bad thing. The employees just talk with each other and laugh but they don’t see customers . Most worst experience restaurant in Loveland .

What a joke. Ordered mozzarella sticks came out cold and late. food at 230 and food brought out at 305pm .burger with fries small amount of fries. I had Ceasars chicken salad didn't eat it, boxed it up and left. And no, they were not busy maybe 4 other tables.. SMH.

Good food and service on a holiday evening. No excuses just good food and good service.
Writing this review cause our waiter, Eddie, was so terrific (he was being trained by Felicia who was also top notch). He was friendly and attentive w/o being overbearing. It was really busy and the kitchen took FOREVER to make our wings, but he stayed on top of it, checking in frequently and making sure we had a nice experience. You can tell he enjoys what he does.

Went a few nights ago, haven't been to an Old Chicago since a late night visit after a Springsteen concert somewhere in the 2010's. Food was good, service was a little slow, not crazy slow, but the staff was dealing with a new POS so I completely understood. Out Server and manager were super friendly and they communicated well and overall just provided a great experience. My only complaint is that I had to sit next to some jack@$$ who was being extremely rude to the staff and was very loud about it. Honestly, the manager needs to be trained and empowered to kick people like this out the door fast. It ruins the whole night for actual paying customers. Other than that guy, great visit.

went in for the first time in a few months after bad service. things may not be 100 % to par yet but i can say i have had the best service to date from old chicago. Felicia made the visit more than great. she was quick knowledgeable with a great personality. i will be back to sit at her bar as she mentioned she will be bartending Sunday.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a really long time. On vacation from Charlotte, NC, and the preface of my experience was that their new POS system,Toast, was new and that there was a learning curve. That's not an excuse for cooking the food in a reasonable amount of time. The kids ate, the adults did not. We got up and left. As a restaurant operations consultant myself, this was embarrassing on many levels. If you guys need help, you can hire me to help you guys out. Manager never did a table touch.
