Expensive for the portions but had a great time. Behr was an excellent waiter. Elk and the cheeses were very tasty.

If you're looking for a fun romantic evening this is a must. They are family owned and operated. Our waiter Cameron was fantastic. We booked not having any idea what to expect and it was like going to a 5 star restaurant is Las Vegas with out a stuffy attitude. Dress comfortable but don't hesitate to dress up because the service and environment is absolutely worth it, We will be back

Our server was incredible, I am forgetting his name but he was so exceptional and the restaurant should never let him go! He had glasses and was married but truly had such skill at his job and made our whole night!

The lower bar was amazing. Great ambiance, delicious drinks and cheese board. Lily and Makayla were such a joy! We will be back to this gem every time we visit Manitou Springs. We cannot wait to try the fondue!

We went for my daughter's birthday and it was sensational. Jasmine was our server and took excellent care of us. She made conversation and showed true care for us and our experience. We laughed with her and she shared her favorites and the food was superb! We planned on 2 hours and spent over 3 hours there. The atmosphere is soothing and caters to the experience. It is not the "chain" fondue experience and that made it so much better! We felt pampered and special and we will go back whenever we get the chance. Thank you, Jasmine!! You are an absolute treasure and made it a great night.

Server was best part of meal. Salads were dreadful. No Bouillon option for kids cheese fondue? Whack. If you're in the mood to eat fondue in your grandmother's broken down shack, this is the place for you. For nearly the same price The Melting Pot is 100x better.

Spent the most romantic Valentine's Day here. The service was above and beyond from the time we walked in the door. Highly recommend a drink in the wine cellar before dinner (downstairs). Food was phenomenal. And the entire restaurant has the coziest most romantic vibes.

Food was okay but portions were small for the price. The cheese course tasted like Alfredo sauce rather than melted cheese. Salad was delicious. The ambiance is nice-ish but the furniture is cheap and not very nice. Felt like a church basement. The candles and lighting made it really lovely, and the separate spaces with speakers in the doorways meant you had a bit more isolation so it felt quiet, which was nice. I didn't love our waiter and felt like he didn't care about us being there. When we got there the host asked the waiter in our presence if he wanted a two top and the waiter audibly replied that he didn't, but we were sat with him anyway. I never feel like that when I'm at Melting Pot. I wanted to love this place as I love to support local businesses, but it really fell short and cost much more. They have gluten free bread, which is great! But the bread was served cold. For the meat course, they made me pay an up charge to get the gluten free Bratwurst. And they don't have any gluten free dessert options aside from the fruit. Overall, not my best meal and I probably won't come here again. Melting Pot will continue to get my business because I feel like they make every dinner feel special and unique with the most delicious actual melted cheese courses and not simply a cheese based sauce.

Our night was fabulous the tall guy with glasses was amazing always there when we needed something it was a perfect night for our 2 year anniversary the owner came up to us for a bottle of wine and gave us a little bit of history along with it beautiful night.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and our server Kolby was great! I got the wild game fondue, and my girlfriend got the traditional; both were delicious...We weren't able to order cocktails because there was no bar, or it was closed, which was very odd... also, the brie cheese fondue was made with so much wine that it was overpowering and borderline difficult to finish. However, the milk chocolate dessert fondue was amazing!

4.5 stars rounded up. Husband and I had date night here tonight and we loved it. We got the vegan fondue with vegetarian entree and it was wonderful. Our server was friendly and everything was just great. If you're vegan and want to enjoy some tasty foods check it out. They're very accommodating. It was really good fondue!

Dining at Mona Lisa was a memorable experience celebrating a birthday. All elements were excellent, and I highly recommend this as a special dining experience. The food, drinks, wine, and service together made a very enjoyable evening.
