We randomly decided to go to Mona Lisa last night and it's definitely not what I remember. First the service was awesome, our server was attentive and fun, the sommelier was very knowledgeable. The food and atmosphere though... we were sat upstairs and there's a reason they keep it dark up there, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the carpet torn, the cheap drop ceiling tiles were out of place, basically the more you look, the worse it is. The food is not exceptional, it's the little things, the romaine in the salad looked like it was from a bag,, cheese was kinda bland and mealy, the meat was of good quality but, oh boy the desert was hilarious, chocolate smelled stale and the selection of items to dip was all out of a box, nothing was fresh or made from scratch. I didn't experience the same quality of food and attention to detail as I remembered from years past. To summarize, great staff, not fine dining quality food or atmosphere. Oh and with a tip it was over $340 for the meal, if you have that money to burn, go buy a fondue set and make it at home.

The drinks were spectacular! Well done. The service was awesome. The vibe was lovely. The decor was great. I loved the rustic vibes.

If you're looking for a fun romantic evening this is a must. They are family owned and operated. Our waiter Cameron was fantastic. We booked not having any idea what to expect and it was like going to a 5 star restaurant is Las Vegas with out a stuffy attitude. Dress comfortable but don't hesitate to dress up because the service and environment is absolutely worth it, We will be back

Our server was incredible, I am forgetting his name but he was so exceptional and the restaurant should never let him go! He had glasses and was married but truly had such skill at his job and made our whole night!

Food was okay but portions were small for the price. The cheese course tasted like Alfredo sauce rather than melted cheese. Salad was delicious. The ambiance is nice-ish but the furniture is cheap and not very nice. Felt like a church basement. The candles and lighting made it really lovely, and the separate spaces with speakers in the doorways meant you had a bit more isolation so it felt quiet, which was nice. I didn't love our waiter and felt like he didn't care about us being there. When we got there the host asked the waiter in our presence if he wanted a two top and the waiter audibly replied that he didn't, but we were sat with him anyway. I never feel like that when I'm at Melting Pot. I wanted to love this place as I love to support local businesses, but it really fell short and cost much more. They have gluten free bread, which is great! But the bread was served cold. For the meat course, they made me pay an up charge to get the gluten free Bratwurst. And they don't have any gluten free dessert options aside from the fruit. Overall, not my best meal and I probably won't come here again. Melting Pot will continue to get my business because I feel like they make every dinner feel special and unique with the most delicious actual melted cheese courses and not simply a cheese based sauce.

4.5 stars rounded up. Husband and I had date night here tonight and we loved it. We got the vegan fondue with vegetarian entree and it was wonderful. Our server was friendly and everything was just great. If you're vegan and want to enjoy some tasty foods check it out. They're very accommodating. It was really good fondue!

Dining at Mona Lisa was a memorable experience celebrating a birthday. All elements were excellent, and I highly recommend this as a special dining experience. The food, drinks, wine, and service together made a very enjoyable evening.

Great for a date night! Our server Matthew was excellent and the food was great. Ambience could be improved with some music - we were one of the few tables there when we arrived and there was a mix of awkward silence or awkwardly hearing everyone's conversation. Overall a good experience!

I absolutely love the Mona Lisa. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the server. He kept our glasses filled and checked on us, so I give him that but Courtesy and rapport is important and based on his attitude especially when I asked for a correction on the bill, it takes away from the customer service we usually receive here. This is our favor place for date night but I think he could've made it more pleasurable.

The food was decent, service was ok. I was impressed at our server's ability to recall all of our orders perfectly without writing anything down, as we all had semi complicated order changes. I was sad that the server/restaurant did not mention the birthday we were there celebrating. I listed the birthday in the reservation AND verbally told our server that we were celebrating a birthday. The ladies at our table did receive roses “for Valentine's Day.” However this only adds to the feeling of a forgotten birthday. Not only was my birthday not mentioned or celebrated- but the other gal at my table also received a rose- on my birthday. It was February 16th, not Valentine's Day. I thought I would at the very least get a cute plate with the words “happy birthday” written on it. Even though I told our server that we were there to celebrate my birthday- the restaurant didn't seem to care. It sucks having a birthday so close to a holiday because everyone forgets your birthday in favor of the holiday... even when you spend over $400 on a dinner specifically for your birthday. We were NOT there to celebrate Valentine's Day, we were there to celebrate a birthday, and the restaurant knew this, yet chose to act as though we were there for Valentine's Day. So yes, the food was ok, the service was ok. But it wasn't fun feeling forgotten... again... because I have a birthday so close to Valentine's Day.

Took my date here for a Valentine's Day celebration the day after Valentine's Day. Restaurant was quiet with a relaxed yet quality ambience, the host greeted us cordially and seated us without hesitation. Our server was very professional, and everything came out well prepared and was delicious. I think the price point is a little high in relation to the portion sizes of the main entree, which were pretty small, but it still made for a pleasant dinner date and the entire course of meal ended up being a substantial amount of food.

This was our second visit to Mona Lisa Fondue Restauraunt and it was a great experience. Not the cheapest meal out there, but the food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Our waitress, Jasmine made our Valentine's Day experience perfect. She was professional and friendly and asked the right questions to help us determine what we wanted to order. Her service during our meal was perfect!!!

Our waitress was the best yet . I couldn't have asked for a better night. I believe he had some pink dye or some color dye on his hair he's the reason why we will be returning he's awesome!!!! I love it and we willl definitely be returning to this great restaurant!!!

We have been dining at Mona Lisa's for years now, it is our “go to” spot for special occasions. It's not financially practical for us to dine there on a weekly basis because it is a pricey evening out but that would diminish the specialness of it anyway. Dining at Mona Lisa is so much more than just eating dinner, it is an experience . Slowly preparing your food gives you time to truly relax, enjoy the company of your loved one and make your time together a memory not just a meal out. The food selection is varied and abundant and there is plenty to choose from that will please every palate. The service is attentive but not intrusive and the ambience is calming, even romantic.
