I was very disappointed with my experience here. I found a piece of glass in the salsa, which is a serious safety concern. When I brought it up to the waitress, I received no apology, and was simply told the salsa was free anyway. This response was unprofessional and dismissive. I expected concern for customer safety, but instead felt ignored. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

It's a really bad idea to put up police signs at your business.

Great food and really quick service. All the staff is always very nice and smiling. The portions are very big and well worth the prices. Green Chile is tasty and not over the top spicy, just good. Breakfast burritos are huge and fill you up. Definitely will be back,as we are locals in the area.

They messed up our order at first. Came back and got the right order but all of the food is pretty much flavorless. Unfortunately one of the worst Mexican restaurants around.

Food is not good. I don’t understand all these people saying it’s good. I had a bean burrito plate. Chile was tasteless and I’ve had a better taco at Taco Bell. Must not have tastebuds. I don’t know why it is so hard to find good Mexican food around here. Had to go back to get one of the items I ordered which was not included. Go to Chico’s in Broomfield for great green chile and refried beans.

I finally decided to try their chicken enchilada plate on Monday and it was AWESOME! The servers are courteous, friendly, professional and always have a smile. So if you haven't tried El Mirador, I recommend you do. Don't forget to tip your server before you leave.

It's better than 3 Margaritas? I kinda wanted to order lengua tacos but am not sure if i trust them that much.

Ambience was ok but food quality and taste was really good

Been going to this place since at least 2016, same staff for the most part ive noticed. This is pretty much #1 recommendation from alot of people I know, including me, though not #1 for me. But its well known in town, if you like your Chile hot let them know, i just had them make it hotter tonight and it was perfect. salsa could be better honestly... Kind've a disappointment but highly recommended overall
