Not good anymore. Used to go to Fuel all the time but just gave it another chance and it is gross. My burrito was basically just meat. No other fixings. The other day I got a breakfast burrito that was just eggs. Not sure what they are doing but taking my money elsewhere.

Food is good when they are open. Extremely unreliable hours- posted hours rarely kept.

Not considerate to foreigners.I ordered a breakfast burrito for my 2 small kids. It had red salsa. I thought red salsa was similar to ketchup. Its not mentioned that its spicy nor has a flame sign or a Chili or anything that suggests its spicy. I took a smal bite and my mouth was on fire.I did mention this to the employees and they were not helpful at all, no offering alternatives or an appology or anything. Just a layed back " what do you want me to do?" And that it"s the first time someone complains about this.I understand that this is not a restaurant and its a fast food type of an establisment but they could really use some customer service skills.

Used to be good until new owners. It’s a to go restaurant and their phone is always off the hook. How do you run a restaurant with no tables inside and not even answer the phone for to go orders. It’s also winter and you should probably have your winter hours on your voicemail not summer.

This place has been a staple of Snowmass Village for years. This is the third owner since I've been around and by FAR the worst. To their credit, I had a good experience the other day. they were actually open when I went to get food- a really nice and polite young lady was working. That said- I've been there during their business hours 4-5 times this winter and they have been closed hours after posted open and hours before posted closing hours. Once with people milling around inside and just not bothering to explain to anyone outside (8-10 people) why they weren't open. I will say- the food is generally very good when you get it (they kept the recipes from the original owners mostly and the guys in the kitchen do a great job). But I would advise you have backup plans if you try to get food from there because they are the least reliable restaurant I've ever seen. I live 5 minutes away and I won't go there anymore without another plan. I wish Dylan or Concha would come back and take over...

Best grab-and-go breakfast in Snowmass!! This is one of the few stops in Snowmass mall where we could find a hot breakfast that was less than $10. The breakfast burritos and breakfast bagel sandwiches are incredible--they are big enough to share between two people and the bagels/tortillas that they use are fresh and chewy. My boyfriend and I split the southwest breakfast burrito the first morning and the egg/cheese bagel sandwich with sun dried tomato cream cheese the next morning and both were amazing!!The shop itself is small and does not have much indoor seating so plan to eat at one of the many tables outside. The coffees and lattes are also affordable and delicious. This is definitely a must-stop if you are looking for quick and yummy breakfast before skiing!

Great selection and always extremely fast. Would suggest an online order option as it's tough to get through on the phone sometimes. But reliable spot for breakfast/lunch

Huge servings for breakfast bagel and breakfast burrito and for less than $10 which is a steal these parts where things cost twofold what they do elsewhere.

Best lunch in Snowmass. Think I had the mushroom toasty and it was so good! Also good for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend!

The line was long and the place was crowded but the service was very quick! The eggs were mid but it was good for the price and size. I added chalula for more flavor. The hot chocolate was AMAZING. Definitely grab one to warm up after hitting the slopes. All the workers were nice, super cute little shop
