We enjoy Arby's from time to time. The best thing is Arby's curly fries. If a person could just get all the fav things they liked from fast foods, curly fries would be the thing I would pick from here.

I ordered a sandwich with extra red ranch (I was also charged an additional .45 for that). I checked the sandwich before leaving the window and there was not only not extra, there was none at all. When I told the girl at the window that I was charged for additional and there was none on the sandwich, she questioned me and had me lift up the meat to see on the bottom as if I hadn't checked. She then had me hand it back through the window. Then handed it back still without the red ranch and then handed me a container of it instead. Definitely not great service.

It was quiet,slow maybe 2 workers in store. But it was best service ,taste of food that I had ever gotten from this store. Things took maybe 30sec longer. But Was very pleased to have done business with them that day!

The sandwich we ordered had bbq saucd on it, but nowhere on the menu it said there was bbq on
This was a to-go order. Fries are so salty, they aren't edible. Sandwich was to be a double roast beef, it was a double beef and cheddar. I don't like beef and cheddar sandwiches. The meal, if you can call it that, was a totsl bust! I called to talk to the manager and got a recording that they were unavailable, please call again.

I got the French dip and Swiss and when I bit into my sandwich, there was a long curly black hair in my sandwich. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but no one‘s answering the phone. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant where we will eat in Sterling. We usually go through the drive-thru and order something to go but we have eaten inside a couple of times. The restaurant is always quite clean. We generally order something from the ‘market fresh’ menu items and everything we have ordered from the turkey ranch sandwich to the chicken wrap has always been consistently good. All the ingredients they use are fresh from the lettuce, to the tomatoes, to the bread. We stopped there last week and I asked if their curly fries are crispy. She said no but she could have them made that way and they were. Talk about good customer service. Wow!I never have to worry about anything we order from Arby’s. I know it will be fresh, good and made by employees who care. And, all the employees with whom we have encountered at this Arby’s location have been friendly and professional. They are definitely doing something right at Arby’s in Sterling. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
