We went to Jimmy John's tonight and we had the most amazing young lady take our order! He name is Mich.. she was all by herself and was pretty busy and still had a smile on her face ? she was so wonderful! Thank you Mich!!! We will be coming back!!

We at here a long time ago and it was the first and last Jimmy Johns that we ever visited. We were not impressed with the price nor the food. It was not nearly to our liking at all. At the time staff were just fine and nothing about the facility was bad. It was just not something we liked. I doubt very much that any time in the future we would ever try it again.

Waited in dine in line for 20 minutes and they never placed one order of the 8 people deep. They prioritizing the drive-through and did not acknowledging customers waiting in line, had to leave because the service is so bad and they were so rude to customers.
