We hadn't gone to Chili's for about 15 years, came in bringing our parents on a Monday night without hardly anyone at the restaurant. We waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes. After a while we figured they might not sit people anymore, & that it might have switched to self-directed table sitting, as we saw some tablets on the tables, & we'd experienced some restaurants moving to more automated self-ordering, etc.. After we chose a table for 7 (there were only 3 other tables taken in the whole restaurant) a worker came and was unhappy that we had sat ourselves. We explained we waited upfront for a while but no worker was there , and no one had approached us. She said "yeah, because we were working" . I sympathize with understaffed restaurants, but being rude to a customer because we sat ourselves due to no one coming to help on an empty restaurant seems undue or misdirected frustration, we hadn't been mean or rude to them, we were just excited to hang out as a family and introduce a new restaurant to my parents.1 star bc we will not come back, the food was ok and the place same, we feel there ware non-chain restaurants that we could patronize & help grow instead of this chain one.

What a horrible experience! Dirty silverware, cold coffee and A hamburger and fries which should be served at least warm, if not hot. Cold is not acceptable. When we asked the server about this, he said it wasn't his fault and blamed the food preparation person. He then gave us the check.

This place is always good. Whatever y'all are complaining on are internal problems you take out on these wonderful people. Hannah is our server and she's very sweet and helpful, I love chillis.

I did not wait long to be seated, when I was seated it did take a while to have someone come over (I did notice there was not enough servers). Kids chocolate milk was spoiled, replacement kids drink didn't come untill after food was served. Other than just not enough people working the food was good.Kid-friendliness: Good options for even picky eaters.Parking: Plenty of parking and has enough handicap parking up front that is wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking but front doors are big, heavy and have to be help open by a person. Front doors are NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE! There is handicap stalls in the bathroom but doors are NOT ADA accessible either.

We just left. Stopped to have lunch. We were seated and never helped. There were people seated after us that got their drinks and appetizers and still no one helped us. We went to hostess and ask if we could get waited on and she just looked and me and said nothing. We left!

Walked in at 9pm, closes at 10pm, by myself.... Bartender see's me sit down... asked the bar customers what time is it? Ok just wanted to see if we are still serving. Helps a couple customers including one who shows up after me...just walked out.Real welcoming guys....sorry to be such a burden as a family of 5 was waiting to be sitting when I walked out the door.I'll go give McDonald's my money

Hannah was awesome! She noticed a problem with our meal that we weren't going to say anything about and she took great care of us.

This was my first time at this location,Stopped in around 3pm and sat in the bar area(this location reminds me of Chilis in the 90's) and ordered the BBq brisket burger and fries,also got some queso smothered curlys and a steak sandwich off of the happy hour menu and everything was excellent! Keep it up!
I ordered my food online, everything was perfect! The togo person I think her name was Maya was very good at her job! Definitely needs a raise or promotion! Good service for the whole restaurant as well!

I'm not from here, but stop at this chili's thinking it was a safe bet. My mistake. No one is around to sit you, the place smell weird and floors are dirty. Food was ok as best. Two of my family had stomachache after eating here. Even if I was from this town, I wouldn't come back. Food looked nice, but it wasn't fresh.

We had the very best waitress that we ever had in any restaurant!! Her name is Lizzy! She was very attentive. We talked to the manager and told him how great she was.

The Cajun pasta was dry. The Texas Fries were not cheesy. The fajita chicken and steak were under cooked it and the side salad looked like someone dropped it on the floor, picked it up and put it back in the box?

This chilis is TRASH we ordered a 3 for me and this ugly off brand Shawn Mendez tried to charge us 40 but dollars for a bill that should have been 20. We waited for 30 minutes for appetizers and had to walk out. Do not waste your money and time at this horrible location. Find another chilis.
