My wife wanted to go again after our good experience 3 years ago, and we were not disappointed. Strong drinks and good food, can't ask for much more. My wife had the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, and I had the daily special 8oz Filet. The horseradish sauce with the filet was great!
Very knowledgeable on gluten free items on menu. They told me they have dedicated fryers. Food was delicious. Our server kind of slacked a little refilling drink even though they were not busy. All in all good experience!

We showed up hungry and left full and 100% satisfied! Brittney was awesome! The drinks were delicious and nice and clean! - We had a classic margarita and the Paloma. The chicken parmesan sandwich and the fire bison burger were spot on! Even the side salads were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Carmen! Wish we lived here, would come all the time!
