They might have the greatest lobster roll I’ve ever had in my life. Staff is friendly. And the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Lobster roll was very good, would come back again. Coleslaw wasn’t the best.

Went about a year ago. Lobster roll was not great. Not enough lobster for the size or roll and price. Worst of all they wrap it in the foil they serve it on so the bun is soggy when you unwrap it at your table. Charge for bottles of water instead of cups. Sitting on the water is nice.

I know I'm going to catch flack for this, as Lobster Landing in Clinton has its enthusiasts, but I just don't see the value.Recommended: Maybe, but with reservations.Overall: A charming waterfront location that doesn't quite deliver on its lobster roll reputation.Snapshot: Food: 3/5 Drink: BYOB Vibe: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Family-Friendly: 3/5Highlights:-Perfect For: A scenic lobster roll experience, if you're nearby-Don't Miss: The view by the water-Bonus Tip: Be aware of the significant bee presence, especially during the summer. All The Details:Lobster Landing, with its idyllic waterfront setting, seems to be a local favorite, but my experiences left something to be desired. On both visits, the lobster rolls were over-toasted and the lobster itself slightly rubbery. The portion sizes, which once felt justified by lower prices, now seem less so with their recent price hike. The staff were great, very friendly and efficient, making the service aspect a highlight of the visits. However, the spot can feel a bit cramped, especially when trying to fit a stroller at a table. While they do have a nice environment for families, the lack of a kids' menu (aside from options like hot dogs) means it's not the best fit for younger diners. One notable issue was the bees - I understand it's probably out of their control, but there were significantly more than I've encountered at other local outdoor venues, which was quite bothersome and made it impossible to feel safe while dining. The table next to us also got up and left due to the bees.Given its convenient location, I might consider giving it another try, but with better options available a little further away, I'm in no rush to return.

Visited here over a year ago and cannot stop thinking about the best ever Lobster Roll..... planing a trip to the region and trying to figure out how to sneak in a two hour side trip!Update: Still the best. Traveled the northeast coast and tried several other places and decided to change departure plans so we could have it again. We bragged so much that a couple of friends from New Jersey made the drive to meet us.

Made a special trip to this place because supposedly had fantastic lobster rolls. NOT. Lobster was fresh but that's a far as it goes. Roll was small, soggy and sad. All on a paper plate for $24. For that much should be cravable but I wouldn't want it again. Part of the problem might be that it's run by a bunch of youngsters. No pride in their serving capabilities, more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving quality food. Lobster Landing needs to tighten up food quality and have adult supervision with someone of at least 30 years of age.
Went on a rainy, cloudy day but wasn’t disappointed. Lobster roll and bisque were just what I needed. Got a hot dog for my pup and he absolutely didn’t have any complaints.Really great location of course.

26.50$ for a Lobster Roll with 2x amount of lobster meat vs the chain ones. The roll ingredient are simple but best : warm bread, right amount of butter and chucks of freah lobster meat.Hot clam chowder is also excellent choice for a cold windy day.Bring your own wines to enjou with the food and walk off calories at Clinton Premium Outlet which is 5 mins away.

Finally made it to this place! I've been wanting to go for a while! I'm glad it was still open. The tide was flooding the street but that didn't stop us from going in! Lobster roll was yummy and the lobster bisque was good. We beat the crowd so everything came out quickly. It was a nice day to sit outside by the water. I don't know if I'd go again since it was on my list, but if I'm in the area it's a good place for a good lobster roll!

I came for the Connecticut style buttered lobster roll, and this place did not disappoint with the double. The lobster was so fresh and prepared perfectly with lots of butter and a touch of lemon juice. My only complaint was that the double roll actually contained too much lobster meat restive to the amount of bread. Next time, I will just order 2 of the normal size rolls to get a better ratio of bread to lobster. I also ordered a side of corn on the cob which was not great, probably because it was out of season. The point of this place is clearly the fresh lobster, so I don't hold that against them. The setting is rustic and informal. We ordered outside in their tent and sat at a picnic table on a dock overlooking the water. The staff were friendly and polite, but service here is minimal. Expect canned beverages and disposable utensils. If you're looking for authentic lobster of the freshest quality, this is a good place to check out!

Good chowder, not a big fan of char grilled rolls for the lobster but still not bad at all.
