In desperate need of a deep cleaning and a sanitizing protocol. They are often out of the most basic items (i.e. tomatos, onion), and what they do actually have isn't fresh.

I was in to get sandwiches the other day (05/18/23). The server/food preparer just slapped the sandwiches together very fast and carelessly. As she was preparing the sandwiches, she sneezed several times using her gloved hand to cover one of her sneezes and continued to handle the food. Then at checkout, she told me to tap my card on the payment device and walked away. She didn't even take the time to hand me my receipt. I'm going to another Subway next time.

I would give this place 0 stars yesterday I ordered a COLD ham sandwich (ordered through subway app for delivery) when I got it it was toasted and must have been toasted with the veggies on it… I had lettuce on that sandwich and it was soggy and I couldn’t eat it this isn’t the first time they messed it up it seems to be every time I order is it that hard to read directions or put a little effort into your job? This subway should higher people who actually care not people who don’t wanna do the work and just get paid for it that’s not good work ethic

I often come here for sandwiches and up until this afternoon, things have been fine. There was one other customer ahead of me. There were two employees, one helping the first customer. This employee was wearing a mask plus a baseball cap. The other employee with a full head of curly hair wore no mask, no hat and no hairnet. Just as I stepped up to the counter the bare headed employee let out a very large groan - the kind you give that says get me outta here. The first employee, the other customer and me were startled and looked at the bare-headed second employee. I watched him closely as he made my sandwich. luckily he wore gloves. I won't be coming here anymore but if I do I will walk out if I see this unsanitary kind of behavior. NOTE: "Hairnets, headbands, caps, or other effective hair restraints shall be used by employees engaged inthe preparation and service of food to keep hair from food and food-contact surfaces."CT Public Health Code Regulation 19-13-B42 (p)(1)

I went on my subway app and ordered 3 subs last night. 2 of them had tomato and one was lettuce onions green peppers pickles and olives on white bread. No tomatoes on that one because my daughter is allergic. When we got our order not only were two of the sandwiches on wrong breads but there were tomatoes on all 3 subs, there were only supposed to be two with tomatoes but my daughter had tomatoes on hers and could have been hurt if I didn’t check it first. Now I am not one to file complaints but when I email the store and told him what happened this is what he sent me.Dear Katrina Bernardi,I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience.Good afternoon after looking up your transaction receipt, it shows 2 out of the 3 subs your requested tomatoes…. There are no instructions on the receipt that state NO tomatoes…We followed what the order said..If you want to see the receipt send me your direct email so I can show you 2 out of 3 subs you requested tomatoes…He did not listen to a word I said or read the complaint carefully. I said that only one was no tomato and there were tomatoes on all three so my daughter couldn’t eat any of the subs and she could have been hurt. So thank you so much Ryan Gwiazdowski so much for telling me that you followed what the order said but I did it through the app and I have my receipt and ONE of the subs where does it say tomato. Take some responsibility because I too work in food service and I take responsibility for my mistakes.

Worst Subway around. Must be terrible management. Don't participate in any Subway awards, don't answer phones and just plain rude when they do. Outta business soon the way they operate!

Watched someone behind the counter (who didn’t even look like they worked there. No uniform, name tag, etc.) dip his bare hand into the pickles. GROSS. Won’t be going here again…

Thank you Alice for not only messing up my online order but for also accusing me of lying about it and refusing to even look at the sandwiches even though I was the only one there and had plenty of time. No apology and extremely rude to me, even had the audacity to talk on her cellphone while making a new sandwich. Some people should never work customer service.
