Server was a jerk. I don’t think he likes women. Was rude, inconsiderate, interrupted my order, and was snarky. Food was subpar and overpriced. Seafood was rotten. Do better. But it’s fine. Not coming back.

Very good meatball sampler! I wish the waiter told us which meatball was which! Very good vibes and service was okay. Had an old fashioned and it was so bitter! The waiter didn't come by to ask if I liked my drink so I just dealt with it! I would go back though, just another drink option would be chosen..hostess was very kind/welcoming.

Ok so service was terrible, then my appetizer (raw clam that smelled like) came after everyone else were done. The dinner was diner quality, so we were going to order desert when someone was waiving franticaly pointing to my foot I looked down and saw a mouse needles to say everyone next to us ran or jumped on their seats. The guy at the front had the ba_ _ s to say desert is on the house, needless to sat he didn't like my response

Came here in early February 2024 for my birthday dinner. Found a bug in my food. I ordered the black linguine with seafood. My waiter said he told the manager and never did. we approached the manager when we received our bill. Not only did he not take off my birthday cake. Which I did not even want after seeing a bug in my food. He only took off the meal that I ate. The manager offered us all free dessert. However, I did not eat it. My guests and husband took them home. very disappointed as I came Christmas Eve and the food was phenomenal. I think I am more upset that the waiter lied about telling the manager about the bug in my food and also disgusted that the only thing they took off the bill was my meal. The manager tried to offer us drinks at first. I had 3 young children with us under the age of 5, and I advised the manager. We were already here for 3 hours. It's time for us to go home it's late. You would think they would have taken more off of the bill for finding a crawling bug in my food. Not a fly, a crawling black bug all over my seafood and spaghetti. Disappointed

Will never set foot in this place again ,order a meal for pickup online got the confirmation of my order said ready for pickup 6:55 ,saw credit billed for $40 and change go to pickup my order and the guy behind the counter says he doesn't have my order ,I show him the charge on my card , the message my order is ready has the name and the address on both and he says its not him . Never again and will let everyone with ears know how I feel about Luganos and it wont be good .

Fun neighborhood casual spot with great food! I made a meal out of the charcuterie which was high quality and every element was delicious.
We hosted an event here and they made us feel as welcome as a Sunday night dinner with family. I loved the Old Fashioned drink they poured. A healthy portion as they say too. Then the apps they delivered for us were delish. The lamb burger sliders were my favorite but the cheese and meat platter was a hit too. Friendly attentive service too. Really enjoyed it.
