Thoughtfully Packing those meals individually allowed us day staffers to grab and go and the night staff to heat and eat when they were ready! I had the fabulous pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries -I will be coming up for more when this is all over! You guys Rock!!!!!!!!

My wife and I have never catered a party before, but Michael and his team worked with us from start to finish, providing a customized menu and experience that our guests absolutely adored. We hosted a 40-person family party in our home, and Michael's team (Eduardo - Chef, Tony and Jan - servers/assistants) created an incredible environment delivering amazing food, cooked fresh in our home with great abundance and incredible presentation, while the servers Tony and Jane treated our guests as if they were visiting a 5-star restaurant. My family is from Spain, and food is incredibly important to us -- quality and quantity. Michael exactly knew what we were looking for, creating a wonderful menu of passed appetizers, charcuterie, filet mignon, wild salmon, multiple greens and salads, and a beautiful dessert presentation. And, by the end of the evening, Tony, Jane, and Eduardo had our entire home picked up and cleaned. I cannot say enough good things about this team, and they will for sure be our "go to" for future events. I also believe that their cost was very reasonable, and they provided tremendous value. Best place to grab a delicious lunch and a true find for catering! I have experienced Plum's catering for both corporate and for private parties - LOVE LOVE LOVE their unique menu choices and the presentation is always beyond exquisite!
Highly recommend both the food and the catering service, as well as the carry out. Everything is so fresh and beautifully presented, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Their sliced tenderloin with horseradish is amazing, and the salads are all 100% reliable. I know it's hard to mess up a cheese and fruit platter, but the ones they prepared for a friend's party recently were exceptionally good. Don't overlook the cookies and brownies, you won't be disappointed.

I have to say, getting to actually enjoy time with my guests rather than spending the majority of the night in the kitchen was a welcome change. Mike and his team worked diligently throughout the night to bring us three impeccable courses. His staff was not only professional, but warm and a joy to be around. After they cleared and packed up at the end of the night, our kitchen and dining room were so clean it was as if they had never been there at all.
