Appreciate the staff noticing and honoring a table request. We had excellent service.... Highly attentive yet not hovering or pushing us to hurry up. Consistent high quality cuisine

I came here from Albania to try the meat of this restaurant. It was the best, the way it was cooked, the marination, everything was perfect. The service was fantastic. Everything we asked for, the waiters were ready to serve.

It was our first time there. The room to the left walking in was exceedingly loud for a quiet dinner out with my husband. I mentioned it, and Nick, a manager, offered for us to eat in the wine cellar. Not having been there, I thought he was kidding. There is a lower level dining area that is very quiet. There were lots of tables and people that lack manners (it seems) to talk respectfully given the surroundings. They forgot our salad, but Michael, our waiter, was great to compensate by offering us another dessert and a small plate before dinner as a result of the loud room. The food was delicious as was the wine! I would go back but ensure we request a quiet area given there are multiple dining rooms.

I have been eating at Valbella for the past 10 years. The staff has become very good friends over years of being served there. It's our go too for a guaranteed excellent meal. It is a well deserved splurge if you are looking for quality , quantity, ambiance and impeccable service. Last night we celebrated my birthday and the meal was superb as always. Thank you Valbella for always being the best !!

Ambiance is perfect. It's beautiful. The food is delicious from appetizers to desserts. I also had a few drinks. The Apple Martini was perfect for me. Strong

The ambience was beautiful, candle lit, we had a fireplace table, very roomy. A Monday evening, so it was very quiet, not many patrons, so the service was excellent! Many daily specialties to choose from. Pasta with white truffle was outstanding, however my veal fliers to was tough not tender. Chocolate mousse cake was devine! No specialty cocktails, our dirty martini's were just okay. Wine list is extensive.

First time being here. Stopped for a lunch. Everything was amazing! Service, athmosphere food. We had zucchini flowers, seafood salad as an app and entree short rib and rigatoni short rib sauce. Quality and delicious. And the souffle and napoleon as a dessert very fresh and delicious. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone. By the way Thanks a lot for the hospitality!

We were at Valbella for a very special family birthday tonight and we were delighted with the food, the service, the ambience. Our daughter is a world traveler and foodie, and she pronounced the evening "excellent"...

I finally got to attend Valbella after hearing so many great things about it. I can confidently say that it does live up to the hype. The service was outstanding and there was an overall great vibe in the restaurant. The feeling in the dining area was absolutely perfect for my date and I. The exquisite decor and nice lighting really added to the mood of the night. Overall, coming from two young adults, Valbella is one of, if not the best restaurant in Greenwich and everyone should experience the immaculate fine dining scene.

My friend and I walked in thinking we would get a 5 start treatment. Instead I was asked if I was lost and was told McDonald’s is down the street and this is a high end restaurant. I felt very racially profiled because I am brown. I was shocked and walked right out. This is not how you should treat your customers. I checked the menu before I came in I’m pretty sure I can afford a 60$ meal….

Just getting home from a much-anticipated lunch at Valbella's to mark the milestone of mutual retirement for my boss and I. As always the service was exceptional - but the food quality was SO disappointing! I ordered the carpaccio (which was still frozen) and the cavatelli & sausage (which was so dry and bitter) it was hard to eat. Valbella's was always a favorite thru the years, but clearly things have changed. Very, very disappointed overall. Let's face it, even the best servers can't overcome mediocre food (especially with $$$$ prices)!

it was a special occasion and i was very much looking to return to Valbella's since it had been quite some time since I was there. As always the service was terrific; but unfortunately the food was not. I was SO disappointed. I had Carpaccio for a starter and the meat was still frozen! For my entree I ordered the Cavetelli with sausage and broccoli rabe. The dish was very bitter and very dry and frankly I didn't eat it. Overall the lunch was just not up to my expectations for Valbella's especially given their premium prices.
