I got two hard shell tacos plus chips & cheese. My tacos were great but my chips were absolutely disgusting. They smelled and tasted like chemicals. I couldn’t even manage to finish one chip. I had my friends try them to see if it was just me and they immediately spit out their bites. Very disappointing!

Ordered a California crunch wrap with no bacon, as I’m Muslim. Everything was correct on screen and I drove up to pay. I noticed the teller and cook laughing and joking when I was paying. Then when the cook handed me my food, not the teller.. chuckling all the while. I thought something might be up. Took a couple bites and everything seemed fine. Until I got to the last 1/3 of the sandwich. It was nothing but bacon. These self absorbed entitled idiots should not be serving food. God knows what else goes on there if they’re messing with people’s food like that. Will never eat a thing from this location again. Hopefully they fire the imbecile juveniles they have working there but that highly doubtful. Probably the last place that would hire their uselessness.Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat Bacon but this TacoBell location is now a dietary restriction for me as well

My chicken burritos didn't have much chicken at all. My order was filled quickly despite them seeming moderately busy. Employees were courteous but seemed somewhat listless. Decor of the dining area was nice.

I had order at 1:am when arrived I told them about the name and they told pull up and I met guy he think he is funny told me wait for 5 minutes and I wait 10 minutes when I back he told me someone picked the order why you didn’t tell me that before waiting all this time this guy is ridiculous he is a lair and I think he doesn’t want make the order

Ordered sausage and egg burrito for breakfast with extra egg and creamy jalapeño sauce. Had VERY little egg. Ordered egg and potato taco. Had 3 potato pieces and very little egg. Extremely disappointing! Was waiting in dining room for 15 minutes and watched employees walk to back and stand around. They placed it in drive-thru and walked away. Had to ask them to give it to me. I was the only customer there, nobody in drive-thru. Will never waste my time or money at this restaurant for breakfast ever again! Food looked like garbage.

Placed a mobile order and was told drive thru wasn’t working. Mind you, I placed a “mobile order.” When the lady brought my order out she told me she did not get paid enough for this. Lastly the tacos were soggy. Oil spilled everywhere. Waste of $30.

The people who work here are so nice but there are so many screw ups. I ordered via the app because I know it's better for them to see substitutions written out. A lot of the time they ignore the requests which sucks because I'm a vegetarian and now I'm afraid of being served meat. They also forget items often. A few days ago they forgot my crunch wrap.

- multiple times one certain employee has tried to steal $1 from me until I ask for my receipt - always an attitude from someone. Always. - I just sat in line for an HOUR with no reassurance or acknowledgment of the time it would take to get my food. My car overheated in this time twice. I am appalled at this place and how the owner does nothing
