My friends and I were so excited to try this place on New Year's Eve day. We were there before they opened and were the 1st table sat at 11:30am. We were probably the 2nd to order as maybe 6-7 more tables were sat pretty quickly after opening. The place is cute with beachy vibe and they still had holiday decor up as well. The waitress was pleasant. We received our drinks and my friends and I were catching up and food began coming out to tables. I didn't think much of it when people who sat after us received their food thinking what we ordered probably needed more cooking time. Friends had a coffee refills and when I checked the time it had been about 30min since we ordered. Every other table was well into their meal. I caught our waitress passing through and asked if she knew what was taking so long? She said something about the kitchen making scrambled eggs instead of eggs over medium and she had them remake it. "Remake all of our food?" I asked. "No, just hers" looking at my friend. I was baffled. Eggs only take a few min to fry and the rest of our food could have been served while that was remedied. It was another 10min before our food came and it was cold. Well more like room temperature. So we waited over 40min for cold food. And the person's eggs that were supposedly the hold up had a long hair across her food. She has short hair that was slicked back and my other friend and I had our hair pulled into a tight bun. We called the waitress over. She apologized for the hair took the plate away and asked if she wanted them to remake it or order something else but she had lost her appetite by this point. My other friend asked if he food could be warmed up and they did and remade her poached eggs and I ate my food cold bc I was starving. I've waitressed and worked in restaurant kitchens. I know it wasn't the wait staff's fault about the food but there could have been better communication or an offer to bring some food out. The "Belgian waffle" looked like a frozen product that was warmed up. I couldn't tell if my salad was overdressed or if the spring mix had wilted because it sat too long with the dressing but the "meat and potatoes" was ok. My other friend that ate her warmed up food said it was ok. Not a good experience.Parking: Small free parking lot. Mind the one way streets surrounding the building.

Food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality. Pretty extensive and varied menu too. Clean restaurant with a nice aesthetic. Server wasn't too friendly but I've seen worse. Sometimes people are just having a bad day so I won't judge too harshly. I'll probably come back here again at some point

Been here many times, never was left feeling disappointed. Solid 4 star. Burger was excellent. Nice view and had a outside feeling when the large bar door was open.

I wish I took a photo of my plate. It was delicious. I’m not a huge salad fan. I usually go for the Caesar salads. But I do love hummus. So I tried the “my big fat Greek salad”. It was so delicious I wiped my plate clean with the naan bread.

The food was excellent, the server Chris was incredibly courteous and polite. Very good place for a casual dinner and don’t be afraid to ask Chris about his fishing trips!

Disappointed - Hadn't been in maybe a year for sit down, heard it went downhill and they tended to only cater to regulars but enjoyed the food prior so wanted to see for ourselves. Sat for at least 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from a server, not even water! Granted it was a Saturday night but it was 8pm and not a packed house. Watched the server close out everyone around us, bring take out containers, not even a glance at us. Ended up going to Archie's and within 20 minutes we were eating. Couldn't attest to the food since we weren't offered any, but at least the music selection was great

Great food and service. We got the onion ring appetizer which was done perfectly. Next was the twin lobster rolls and dozen wings. Everything was so good and our bartender Tammy was attentive and fun. We will definitely be back.

Meet you anytime you want at the Bonfire Restaurant! Just like a Billy Joel song, Bonfire feels like home. This neighborhood restaurant specializes in good times, good friends, good food. A very diverse menu will have something for everyone. Chill environment is a great place to hang with family or friends. I had their fig burger. Burger with fig jam, caramelized onions, lettuce and goat cheese. My son had a salmon burger. Fries on the side were served in a basket, light and golden crispy. Come to Bonfire, kick back and relax. Enjoy the food! Definition of comfort!

The bartender is awful. We have been there twice and she has the personality of a mailbox. We will never go back again.
