Have eaten here three times — I don’t like to make swift judgements and this is one of the few conveniently located fast food restaurants on my way home. I have a long and late drive, and each time I have had to wait upwards of 10-15 minutes for the food — always after ordering 5 plus minutes ahead through the app. It’s not bad food and the people are not unprofessional in front of you, but they are appallingly slow for “fast” food. I will not be returning because it takes less time for me to drive farther out of the way for other places.

I would give it 0 if I could. They took my money through the app then refused to give me the order. Showed them the receipt but they didn’t even look at it. Refused to give me food or my money back. They are rude and disrespectful. No customer service.

So I dont normally give reviews of fast food joints but I have to shout out the two ladies working up front tonight. They were pretty busy when I came in around 6pm with several cars outside and people lined up inside. They were kind, moving efficiently, pleasant and upbeat with every customer. I watched them multi-task and you could tell they were working hard. I got fresh fries and a whooper Jr, both hot and fresh.

Drove through for a quick dinner for my kids before we hit the road. They enjoyed the food. I can't give much more information until I visit this location again and actually get something for myself.

Food is good, the only complain that I have about Burger King at this location is that they say they are open until 11pm but I have tried to get food around 9pm 10pm or 10:30 pm and they say that they are closed this has happened multiple times. I don't know why this happens , but it will be nice to actually know what time they close. Overall everything is good.

Ordered 2 jr sausage burrito meal with a tea. My jr sausage burritos were dry. They had none of the sauce that comes on them just meat cheese and hash brown. Then my hash browns were cold. I also asked for the salsa packets that come with the burrito they didn't have any so she offer me buffalo sauce. That's a gr8 way to ruin someone's morning.
