First time here. I'm from out of town and stoped by. The owner Kris is friendly, welcoming and easy to talk with. Locals are friendly as well. I don't come around this area often but next time I am even remotely close, I will stop in again.

Very casual place. Stopped in when I was in CT and enjoyed the atmosphere and definitely the Saturday night bartender. Her name was Jennifer and she was very personable and sweet. Patrons who I had never met spoke to me as if I had come there for years.

Great place to hangout and grab a drink. Bartenders are attentive and quick. A small in town bar so you dont get a big bar overwhelming atmosphere.

We came for the first time a bit after noon this past Saturday 12/2/2023. There were 3 customers upon arrival, a bartender (dark long wavvy hair, sorry we forgot her name) and a man behind the bar (not sure if employee, but didn't speak lol). The bartender was very friendly and quickly took our drink order, along with a menu and helped us decide on what to order. We tried the buffalo wings (sauce is homemade and guarded, wings aren't frozen), and pepper poppers (cheddar). Everything arrived cooked perfectly. The wings had a nice crisp, and the buffalo sauce was very tasty. Since we like our food extra spicy, I wish the owner (Chrissy) might make this great sauce with a spicier option, but truly, it was very good. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it is a neighborhood bar where absolutely everyone knew each other. We live 15-20 minutes away, but will definitely be back. Bathrooms were very clean also. One thing which really wowed us is the owners commitment to giving back, to helping those in need such as Toys for Tots to name just one. She is on facebook with more information on how to help, donate etc. Go with confidence and bring cash as no credit cards accepted

This place sucks! Not an Irish bar at all! Just the opposite! Greedy owner that cares more about screwing people over by her high prices, no free music and ridiculous high drink prices! She caters to low life drunk mothers, fathers and single drunks. Her food isn't good and don't even think it's an IRISH menu bc it's far from it!!! She thinks her s*** doesn't stink and belongs in MY hometown in Milford center. Milford center deserves so much better than a Trump/Fox lover that spews her poison mouth all the time on FB and verbally. Get out now Christine and take your bad business and food with you now!!! Maybe try going back to school and getting educated on how to properly run a bar but don't EVER come back to Milford!!! I heard West Haven had some reasonable bar space right next to your mothers place! Give me Hair of the Dog or Anthony's D anytime for beyond fabulous food and music free entertainment outdoor seating in both and the most fabulous free classical rock to really enjoy after a hard day at office or blue collar job‍‍‍‍‍Basically this bar is an updated version of "The Office cafe" that was where the Stonebridge is currently located back in the 70's I of course never went bc clientele was beyond rough and lots and lots of drunks but boy I've heard enough stories to stay the hell away and stick with the fabulous Mamason at Hanako's in DevonBut at least The Office was beyond cheap unlike the owner of Casey's who is a typical greedy Republican business ownerEnjoy you 4th vacation of the year Chrissy and of course the lovely brand new boat but more than likely it will be ur last vacation for a while and last boat ride! Also remember Chrissy, there is always two sides of a story and the truth lies in the middle Huge mistake to bar MY good stepson from that POS bar for life when once again you catered to a low life drunk mother who chose the bottle over her OWN children then both Evie and that POS bartender Lynn lost both the kids and the house. Beyond disgusting clientele you cater to I bet they both are on state Medicaid sucking off it which in turn means you and your crap bar is totally screwing ever single tax payer in CT!!! FYI asswhole I had to get on SSDI in 2011 I walked out of my 30 year old IT career bc I have suffered from Major Depression since 1996 My full resume is on my profile on FB for the world to see! So any time you want to bring up who has a better resume, just look in the mirror you beyond ignorant and stupid little girl! Just another fyi honey my resume on FB doesn't include over 40 years of restaurant/bartending experience My fiancée and I will give you a reasonable price for Casey's sooner than later and I suggest you take it bc the value will and your very few customers will continue to go down just like YOU!!

I wish I could give this place *exponentially more* than five stars, because it was a TRUE delight! Wandered into this local gastropub whilst on a wine tour of the region and truly enjoyed the "dive bar" vibe, delicious morsels, and surprisingly eclectic selection of spirits, brews, and cocktails. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner, Chrissy, and she guided us through the varied menu and shared with us the rich history of the establishment. We noshed on the special of the day--a crisp and filling cod sandwich and perfectly braised fries (with a few pretty hale and hearty IPAs!)--which we HIGHLY recommend. Big props to the wonderful waitstaff and Bedford Ave-retro-style decor. All in all, a terrific experience that we cannot wait to partake in again, and soon.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. Bacon was cooked crispy the way I like. Ate the whole thing. Beer was cold. It was clean inside. You can tell the owner keeps it clean and puts the effort in. Plus she actually works as a bartender and is friendly. I will definitely be back
