Stated all she has done is argue with the kitchen because “ nobody knows what they’re doing” she expressed “ I’d like to go home now I have 3 kids waiting for me”When she asked how we were my wife said “ oh we’ve had a few drinks downtown and are ready to eat”After waiting another 25 minutes the bartender came over and said “management has decided not to serve you drinks because of how drunk you said you were”I do not drink to begin with, nor was my wife drunk! It was extremely upsetting, we could’ve been seated and already had our food at this point somewhere else.

Where do I begin? So, we place our order for wings, French onion soup, brisket sandwich, kids hot dog, and a medium rare burger. My daughter had her wings and my sandwich came out, ok. Ten minutes later the waiter comes back and says they can only serve burgers well done. What?? Why are you just telling us?? My husband didn't want anything else. I then had to ask where my toddlers hot dog was, "oh, they didn't bring it out?". At this point I have had my food for 20 minutes. When we got the bill, I had to ask them to also remove the French onion soup that never came out. After all this drama, not once did the manager come and apologize. I even tried to speak to the manager on the way out, after expressing my concerns there was still no apology. It seems like the kitchen and wait staff have not been properly trained. Probably should get a new manager also.Will definitely never be going back.

The lady who sat us was very pleasant. The gentlemen we had always was good. We ordered the Full-size Nachoes. The entire plate was cold. Decided to cancel our order and we were still charged for the appetizer we only had a bite out of. We were told because it came out of the kitchen and touched our table we were to pay for the appetizer. I do not recommend this place.

Upon arriving i was wowed by the interior and was sat quickly. But that was it everything went downhill from there. The Hostess took our drink order but only came back with my sons soda. I had asked for a corona for myself and waited 15-20 minutes for a waitress to come take our order which would be understandable if the place was busy but it was empty. Staff walking around as if we were invisible come to find out they were out of corona upon asking for it again. Food was horrible you know its bad when a 10 yr old says Dad the chicken tenders are nasty. Thats a first and a last for me.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. There was only 1 server working. We asked for just marinara on our fried dough bites and it came out with powdered sugar on it with the marinara for the side. The cheese on our nachos and fries were not melted. The meat on the nachos was cold and the fries were cold. We had asked for the nachos as an entree not an appetizer, yet they were brought out with the appetizers. We were there for 45 minutes before the appetizers even came out. We didn't even get our food because we ended up canceling it due to the poor quality of just the appetizers. We talked to a manager who said the GM would be out to talk to us, 15 minutes later the GM didn't come out and we were given the bill by our server. We told the server we were waiting on the GM. Another several minutes went by and still no GM, but another manager came out. We explained the problems. He said he'd talk to the GM. Came back out a few minutes later and we only paid for our drinks.

This place is a good episode of Bar Resue! Jason the bartender clearly was the only person who knew what he was doing. Food was good but took forever. Too much staff that argued amongst each other. More TVs than people in the place. Food was decent. Clearly they need to iron out the kinks. Place has potential. I will try it again. I ordered a Bud Light draft and fried pickles. The waitress came back and said they were out of Bud Light draft, but they did have Bud Light in the bottle. So, I ordered a Bud Light bottle. The bar tender then comes over and said they were out of Bud Light bottles too. He says they have Coors Light and Miller Lite. So, I then ordered a Coors Light. Bar tender then comes back and says that they are out of both Coors Light and Miller Lite. He says they have Michelob Ultra. So, I ordered an Ultra. After ordering a beer four different times and waiting more than an hour, I never got my beer. So, I decided to leave. However, I did get the fried pickles I ordered. They were good. But I’m still amazed that the restaurant was unable to serve a beer after I ordered it four separate times!Adding insult to injury, the owner is claiming that this review is a fraud. My review is not a fraud. Unfortunately, it really happened.After having a very negative experience, I decided to give Champions another chance, since they are such a new place. This time the service was much better. Everything we ordered was served in a timely manner. Once again, the fried pickles were good. The grilled chicken was also good.

Went for a beer after work. They are so friendly! I ordered a burger and it was much better than i expected. I am surprised they arent a lot busier but i heard they are slowly building their customer base. My server Nicole was really nice and attentive. Will be back!

I went to Champion's for the first time yesterday and it was subpar. The staff was friendly and the place is super clean and decorated nicely but many things were off. The booth benches didn't have cushions and were very hard and uncomfortable. I will say they had many good food options especially meatless options. We ordered drinks, they were okay but definitely not worth $13. We ordered the Bourbon Burger and The Impossible Burger. We ordered them medium but they came out well done. We asked for ketchup for our food and it took at least 10 minutes for us to receive it which was super annoying. After finally flagging down our waitress we asked for the check and a to-go box. They have a to go bowl which I thought was weird. She also gave us split checks even though we didn't ask. I guess she was being proactive but she should have just asked and we would have declined. Overall we may come back here but no time soon.

The experience was okay and I think this place has potential. Would be awesome for football season, tons of tvs.Service needs a little work in the speed department and knowledge of the menu.The food was actually fairly good. I had a brisket sandwich that I enjoyed.I think I would return in some time to see if some progress was made. The staff treated us kindly no complaints with that.
Great experience! Our server Chyna was friendly and prompt. Food came out quick and drinks were amazing. We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and Rajun Cajun catfish bites for appetizer, and they were really good but the star of our meal was the Jim Beam brisket flat bread. Absolutely AMAZING!

We walked in and we were greeted promptly at 6:26 pm today. We asked to sit at the bar where there was one person sitting there..the hostess seemed hesitant and said she couldn’t sit us at the bar but at a round table around the bar. The place didn’t seem to be busy at all but while at the 10th minute of waiting all the suddenly other people were seated at the bar. Waiters passed us and no one greeted us or bothered to say “we will be right with you.” Finally at 6:40 pm we decided to just get up and walk out since no one had even bothered to take at least a drink order. Unfortunately, we will not be giving this place a try since no one even bothered to take care of us so I can’t imagine what the kitchen time would be. Nice clean place but definitely failed at service.
