Came in on Friday to enjoy lunch and drinks with my family before heading back home. We got greeted with jokes and a smile. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming they had the heat perfectly set made you wanna stay longer just to get warm from the outside. While chatting with Emily & Taylor a large party came in they told us to yell if we needed anything to get their attention while they would be getting the party situated,We actually never had to as they still made certain to check on us multiple times in between the large party despite us already closing out. No complaints from us on food or drinks either. Will definitely stop back by next time I'm in town with my family.

Here on evening of 1/6.... not greeted-- the bartender too busy showing pictures on phone with other guests so walked out after waiting several minutes to be greeted or even acknowledged ...First time to visit so kinda disappointing. The bartender in the black shirt and jeans on 12/23/23 was the rudest person I’ve ever met I’m not sure how she still has a job. I said excuse me and she snapped at me saying you need to wait. Would never come back if she’s still working here.

Being a guy who grew up in Philly, the cheese steak egg rolls were phenomenal. The bar was great fun and the Two Roads local beer was out of bounds. If there was a 10 star review, I'd give it. Awesome place, awesome people, totally in love with Eli's!

Sorry for the long review, but this matter deserves it We went to this place after a celebration with high expectations to have a great time. We had a terrible experience, and it is super sad things like this still happening in 2023. We were dancing and having a great time. The majority of our group were proudly Latinos, so we asked the DJ to play Pitbull or any dancing music in spanish. He kindly play our song and we notice a group of girls making faces and fun about our music. We were all grownups, so we ignore them and keep dancing. There were racist patrons towards us and management did nothing when I mentioned it later in our conversation. After this, one of my coworkers was grabbed by a bouncer and kicked out just because one of those girls said he was acting weird. I went to the door looking for answers about this nonsense kick out, but things between both parts got bad and they started a discussion. I tried to calm my coworkers and to get an explanation about why they were acting so rough and disrespectful, specifically with the rest of us because we did nothing, but I was screamed, confront and called a "Karen" because I was asking for an explanation. In fact, I have a video of him disrespecting and screaming to me when I was trying to get an explanation. I was not even drinking and was treated like if I was talking nonsense. One of the guys at the door told me he was the manager, but I doubt it, a real manager will never act so racist, disrespectful and with low manners. Kicking certain kind of groups out of this place seems to be a normal practice, you can check the reviews. We were around 10 people dancing, having fun, and giving them business but I seems that our money do not count. Never coming back and I would recommend you the same. Good luck with your business reputation and your brand name. You are building your own grave.

Upon our arrival at Eli's, we were immediately met with a significantly loud event known as "Rock and Roll Bingo." Fortunately, this event concluded within 15 minutes. Subsequently, we were surprised to observe that the establishment allowed a children's birthday party to take place within a bar environment, where the children were running around, yelling, and singing. Consequently, we have made the decision not to revisit this establishment. This was in Milford.
The bartender made the incorrect drink for my boyfriend and when it was brought to his attention he gave us an attitude and told us we were wrong for his mistake (he tried to say he ordered something different when he literally orders the same drink from every bar we go to). It was incredibly unprofessional, childish, and disrespectful and we will never be going back.

I came here for dinner and the reason why I'm giving this place four stars is because there is pretty much no parking available you have to go park down the street if available and walk over. I like how your able to sit outside and all the games available for the customers to play I completely understand and as I was having dinner there was another lady playing the guitar which added to the fun with great music. The food tasted good I had the buffalo chicken flat bread which was really spicy waitress was really friendly no complaints there.

I'm wondering why they're even open here for lunch. No one was even in here the first 5-10m we were sitting in here; then the bartender was on her phone THE ENTIRE TIME after that, completely inattentive. Really terrible service (albeit chipper and friendly at first)! Fried food was overfried and sopping with oil. Ordered a salad w the "macadamia chicken". Nowhere in the salad option did it indicate it is a DEEP FRIED OILY COMPLETELY BLAND CUTLET. Bartender was completely not helpful, even when asking about this prior to ordering. Friend ordered onion rings instead of fries and got a melange of misc fried things as a side. Really sad food here, and terrible service. Espresso martini was basically an up glass of whipped cream.

Exceptional service even though short staffed. Food was another story. Two of the four of us were happy. The other two - dreadful. My wife was served a flat Guiness and had to send it back. I had a burger that looked and tasted like dog food. Microwaved. No sear on the outside and pink on the inside. Just grey all the way through.Never again.

Went last night and it wasn’t that bad, the food is def really good. Staff are attentive and nice. Go with their recommendation on dessert! My cider was little warm but I figure since it was on tap then it can’t be refrigerator cold. Over all I’d def go back for the food, I’d try and different drink and probably have dessert somewhere else.
