Like others have said I wish I could rate this place a 0. The waiter was rude, my food was cold and the waiter never came back to refill our waters. The waiter gave us an attitude and the service overall was horrible. A few days later I noticed my card was charged a second time. The waiter decided to give himself a different tip. This place is horrible and you can get better food somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE!

If I can rate place a 0 I would. The staff are very rude here. I asked can something be remade because it was cold and I only had took on bite of my food. They told me since I already biten it they can't. So I asked for my money back and that was a struggle. The manager which was over there on his big butt Uranus stuff his face with the nasty food they serve didn't wanna give the money back or talk Me tell I started agruing with witness in a loud manner. But finally gave me my money back!!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all.food trash and the service trash!!

Wish I can give this place no stars. Went in on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was empty. There was one server who was the manager of the establishment and no guest. Should’ve ran when we saw how empty it was. The food was not authentic and flavorless, the staff were rude and it took them forever to get our food. The waiter had memorized our order… so he thought because when the dish came out it was the wrong meat. I will never return after having the quality of food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. AVOID AT ALL COST.. it’s empty for a reason.

**NEVER GO HERE** I am so flabbergasted of what happened at this restaurant I’ve been here multiple times and never experienced horrible customer service, horrible food. I ordered taco de birria. A flavorful spice, Mexican dish. I’ve had it from multiple places so I was excited to have it when it came. It tasted disgusting. It tasted like water down stew it was not flavorful. It was just awful and Disgusting, Not sitting in my or my friend Stomach well. Who also tried It to make sure that I wasn’t losing my mind. It was like they put a dishrag in there and it was just disgusting. I went to our server and I expressed how I Felt and the first thing that came out if his mouth was you have to pay for it regardless. Then he step back and said what’s wrong with it. I explained my concerns and then he took it from me and said you still had to pay for it. He did not offer me another dish. He didn’t apologize. He just said he made it this morning and it’s fine. Two people at my table, tested it, and it did not taste fine. My friends dish was also messed up and he fixed that, I asked to speak to the manager to see if there’s something we can do and he said he’s The manager. He then called the security and two of them came in, The manager pulled my plate out of the bin and said This is what she had. The dish came with three tacos. I had three bites of one and sent it back and he said since I had three bites of it, I have to pay for it all I said no the plate wasn’t well I wasn’t offered anything else like $24 is outrageous for a half taco, he then said $10 for one taco and I said no because of the fact that the plate was $18 itself I said I’ll pay six dollars for this to go away and the owner was still pushing for $24 And I said no, that is outrageous. You didn’t offer anything you had bad customer service and you’re not even letting me take the food home. You just took it away from me and I had half of a taco. I said I paid for my drinks in cash. I cannot pay for this dish for some thing that was taken away from me. That tasted disgusting and I wasn’t offer a different dish. I ended up paying seven dollars for it and we walked out I cannot express how horrible this restaurant is how horrible the manager is how the customer service was very horrible.

My expectations where high but the food was disappointing honestly there is nothing authentic in this restaurant! I asked for tacos and got yellow cheese with chicken stew!!! What is that?? I asked for a margarita got a cup full with ice and juice this was a just a horrible experience! I would NOT go back even if they gave me the food free. Spend 150 dollars and left hungry

Brown guacamole. Cheese not melted on the enchiladas and was actually cold. Feet stuck to the floor. And daughter woke up at 2 am puking her guts out.

I’ve been to this specific Guacamole a few times, trying to give them another chance for their poor performance. The service is awful. You have to flag your waiter/waitress down or get up to get their attention. They never check on you after you get your food. One time the wait was over an hour for three plates and two of them came out wrong. The crunchy tacos always come out saturated with the fluid on the plate. They fall apart when you pick them up. I asked for a side of sour cream with my food the last time I went and I was told it would be $3. $3?! For a side of sour cream?! This isn’t a wicked high end restaurant and because there’s always issues with the food, that is outrageous. If you’re in the mood for Mexican go somewhere else!

Nice service, but the food was subpar. It was extremely bland, which is the farthest adjective from most people's minds when they think of Mexican food.Both me and my partner's food were absolutely covered in cheese and still managed to lack in salt and flavor. He ordered some tacos and I got the combo which had an enchilada (got chicken) and a tamale. The pork tamale was actually pretty decent, but the enchilada was terrible. Also, the hot sauce on my plate tasted like ketchup. Really disappointing, especially since it's super convenient being in the mall and the waiter was wonderful.

American cheese is not part of any Mexican recipe , I recommend add queso fresco to the beans instead of American cheese.For the bandera enchiladas, the meat in one of the enchilada tasted like marinara sauce!Everything was good only that two observations from a Mexican.
