Love coming here for a quick bite. The workers are always super friendly and there is such a wide variety of options. the atmosphere was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. TV was very loud and you can’t hear your conversations. Young lady cashier was very rude and disrespectful during our interaction. when i asked if they were equipped to handle preventing shellfish cross contamination. she snapped and said “so it’s an allergy just start with that rather than asking questions” she was also very rude in taking our order. the food came out unacceptably hot still actively boiling and the yellow rubber guard did not do much as it was burning through that. It’s unfortunate because I do like the food and have been coming here for a long time but today’s experience makes me not want to return.

First time visiting this restaurant and not very happy with food quality control. We ordered a Mac dog and the grandmas Mac and cheese to go.On the first scoop we dipped into the Mac and cheese and we found a light color hair on it. We decided to split the hot dog but decided to remove the Mac and cheese on top of it to be safe. However, spending $17 on a hot dog is not worth the money especially in this economy.Restaurant sitting area looked clean and Customer service was ok but not good enough to return or recommend, especially when there may be hair in our food.

The portions themselves are just right as far as skillets of Mac go. I will say it's a bit pricey for Mac and cheese with some mix-ins but you can tell they use some decent cheese because of the lack of oil/grease you'd find with a super cheap cheese; so its a fair trade off. Have to try the chili mac spring rolls if it's your first visit! Very clean and spacious with a back area for larger parties. The staff was friendly and patient. Only bad note is the wraps are so messy you can't really hold it, maybe try grilling them, but otherwise a great spot. Fountain drinks and bottled available as well.Parking: Parking in front and back of building.Wheelchair accessibility: Back entrance is wheelchair accessible as a straight shot. Front entrance has some small steps inside to get to cashier.

When I first ordered, I was shocked at the price. After seeing the portion given, the price is definitely justified. I can get 3 meals out of one medium order. And it’s seriously delicious. I’m usually super picky about the chicken in my meals but this chicken was great. I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommending them to anyone that will listen.
